combine their resources and expertise to establish an engineering and contracting company to be
named as Ventech Construction Co. based in Ankara, Turkey.
VVentech Engineers Inc., with ofices in Texas, Louisiana, Moscow, and the Philippines, is the global
leader in the design and construction of modular refineries, plant relocations, and specialized market
appraisals for the refining industry. The company specializes specificaly in Process Engineering
designing and operating petroleum refinery units as wel as instrument
design including programming PLCs and DCS systems.
Ventech Engineers also has a vast experience on refinery relocation and comprehensive reengineering
and refurbishment of surplus process units to provide the most economical and fast track
business solutions.
Ventech leads in complete design-fabricate-instal Modular and skid mount units for
refineries, gas processing, reformer and diesel production units. This
makes the company one of the best state-of-art total package solution suppliers in the petroleum industry.
Several Ventech design and built refinery units and reformers areoperational worldwide includ-
ing KRG, Iraq, successfuly producing various petroleum products.
