Malay Reservations Enactment.
(iii) Nothing in this section shall prevent the transfer or transmission of
the right or interest in the reservation land of any person not being
a Malay to other person not being a Malay always provided that
such right or interest shall have been acquired prior to the creation
of the Malay Reservation in which the land is included. (Amended

14. Except as otherwise in this Enactment provided the provisions of
the Land Enactment in force in the State of Kelantan and Rules
made the under shall apply to Reservation Land. (Amended by
