CANCELLATION AND REFUND : For cancellation of Registration requested before
20th January, 2013; 50% of the amount shall be refunded after the conference.
No refund request will be entertained after 20th January, 2013.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS : Shall be made by delegates themselves.
ACCOMODATION AND TOURS : Assistance can be provided, only on the request of
the delegates.
