Retail incubator to introduce new pop-up stores in Uptown Palm Springs<br />
PALM SPRINGS – June 20, 2012: Raymond | Lawrence, an innovative retail incubator located<br />
in the heart of the Palm Springs Uptown Design District, will host a benefit for Friends of the<br />
Palm Springs Animal Shelter on Friday, July 6 from 6 to 8 pm at 830 North Palm Canyon<br />
Drive. The event will also showcase a handful of new pop-up stores, including Pelago, Miriade<br />
SRL, and Pawz Palm Springs.<br />
“We are pleased at the way this concept has developed over our first three months in business,<br />
and weÕre excited about the variety of new stores that are thriving here in Uptown,Ó explains cofounder<br />
Larry Abel. “Raymond | Lawrence is a very unique destination for this area, and it has<br />
been warmly embraced by our customers, many of whom have become regular shoppers here.Ó<br />
New pop-up stores include Pelago Gifts, which will offer a select assortment of personal and<br />
distinctive gifts, Miriade SRL, an Italian manufacturer of belts, accessories, and ladies<br />
handbags, and Pawz Palm Springs, which offers high quality luxury pet products and apparel<br />
collections and provides financial assistance in the humane treatment of local animals.<br />
