PAM ANN IS FIRST CLASS By Matthew Tomasulo Madonna calls her “cruelly funny.” Time Out Magazine says “Pam Ann has the audience in the palm of her well manicured hand.” After sellout Australian and European tours that took her to France, Scandinavia, Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom this winter, airhostess Pam Ann returns to Palm Desert and Los Angeles with her raunchiest comedy show ever, Pam Ann: Cockpit. In this latest show, the comedian takes aim at the numerous airline calamities making news today. From the grounding of Boeing 787’s Dreamliner to Emirates Airlines’ door blowing open at 7,000ft, all the deliciously alarming incidents plaguing the world’s airline industry are discussed while audience members – as passengers - embark on a journey from security check-in to boarding and landing. Plus, Pam Ann’s bringing all the fabulous couture her fans love her for with new costumes by designer Garo Sparro and over-the-top wigs by Hollywood Wigs. What are the best airlines? The best are the ones who give free upgrades. Worst? The ones that can’t keep their wheels attached. Do you ever fly economy? I did in 1976 as an unattended minor. What do you hate about flying? Delays. Has flying gotten better or worse in the past ten years? Much, much, much, much worse. It’s all the low cost carriers and merging airlines! One day soon, it will be just one big low cost carrier called ‘Merge Airlines’ with one plane and forty stopovers to get passengers to their destination. What is your favorite city in the world? I love Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Palm Springs. But if I had to choose, I would have to say New York City is my favorite city in the world. I recently moved there. It has everything and it all can be delivered at any time of the day or night. What’s not to love? You recently performed France, Scandinavia, Germany, and Poland.... Warsaw was one of the best experiences of my European Tour. The people are so lovely and gosh, they can clean well! Oh my, the Polish men are yummy! Thick thighs and big strong…necks. I would like to expand into Eastern Europe. I hear am big in Serbia! Does sex on a plane turn you on? After a few wines, a xanax and a flat bed, yes, sex on a plane turns me on. What about at the airport? Hmmmm… maybe in the Admirals Club. Do you have a pilot license? Who needs one anymore? Southwest uses taxi drivers to fly their planes. All you need is a driver’s license these days. What’s the best way to keep entertained on a long flight? A few wines, a xanax, flat bed and a big Polish…neck! What are your future plans? I am writing and producing a Pam Ann Movie! I’m also about to start promoting a brand new ‘Global Alliance’ world tour with all of my characters for 2014. Oh and I hope to go to space!
