Rooms: All of our rooms are non-smoking and equipped with a telephone and
cable TV. Please note that the actual rooms in each of the categories may differ from
the pictures and sketches printed here. For sketches of our rooms and room combinations
please visit our website. Please understand that you are not entitled to reserve
a certain room number or floor. However, we will gladly consider your requests and
make every effort to comply with them.
Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room: € 30; in the categories Arlberg,
Kaiserjoch, Kapall, Hoher Riffler, Galzig and Malfon: 50%.
Additional occupancy: For a 3rd person in a double room (extra bed) we give
a 30% discount off the price of board.
Reservations for short stays and weekends can only be considered on
short notice based on availability.
Occupation and vacation of rooms as of 3 pm on the day of arrival and as
of 11 am on the day of departure.
Dogs are permitted upon request with a basket or blanket. However, your four
legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant, and in the spa area. We charge an
amount of € 15,– per day without pet food.
Internet: Wireless LAN in the <strong>Hotel</strong>
Half board: Should you not take advantage of our culinary offer in the evening,
we will then credit your room bill for € 12 per person/evening. The snack for skiers
is always included in the price.
Methods of payment: Cash and travelers checks, cash card with Maestro function
without PIN code and limit. For porter expenses, external bills such as ski passes,
etc. we have to charge an additional fee.
