yOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US<br />
<strong>in</strong> order for us to perfectly tailor our SPA treatments<br />
to you, please <strong>in</strong>form us of any health problems you<br />
have at the time you set up the appo<strong>in</strong>tment. We<br />
would also be glad to give you our personal tips<br />
about special treatments for mothers-to-be.<br />
TAKE TIME<br />
So that you are able to enjoy your treatment time<br />
<strong>in</strong> full, we ask you to register at our SPA reception<br />
around 5 m<strong>in</strong>utes prior to your appo<strong>in</strong>tment time.<br />
Please note that, out of consideration for guests to<br />
follow, we will have to shorten your treatment session<br />
if you happen to arrive late.<br />
yOUR PREFERRED TIMES<br />
Make your appo<strong>in</strong>tments well <strong>in</strong> advance of arrival,<br />
so that we can reserve the times you prefer.<br />
cANcELLATIONS<br />
there is no charge for cancellations received more<br />
than 24 hours <strong>in</strong> advance. However, if you cancel<br />
your appo<strong>in</strong>tment later than that, we will be obliged<br />
to charge you the full treatment price.<br />
cLOTHINg<br />
Please come to treatment <strong>in</strong> your spa robe. <strong>in</strong> order<br />
to guard your <strong>in</strong>timacy, you will be covered dur<strong>in</strong>g<br />
treatment. <strong>in</strong> our workout area, please wear appropriate<br />
sports cloth<strong>in</strong>g and shoes.<br />
RESERvINg LOUNgE cHAIRS<br />
We ask that you not reserve lounge chairs. You will<br />
also f<strong>in</strong>d a spacious area with many loungers <strong>in</strong> the<br />
Sonnalm on the top floor of the Hochkönig SPA.<br />
cHILDREN AND TREATMENTS<br />
the Sauna Village is a place of peace and quiet.<br />
Please note, then, that admission is permitted only<br />
for ages 14 and up. children and teenagers will f<strong>in</strong>d<br />
a family sauna next to the <strong>in</strong>door pool, while the<br />
Hochkönig SPA offers special treatments for kids<br />
& teens.<br />
INDOOR POOL & SAUNA AREA<br />
We ask you to wear a swimsuit and swim-shoes <strong>in</strong><br />
the pool area. <strong>in</strong> the sauna area, we recommend<br />
wear<strong>in</strong>g no clothes for hygiene reasons.<br />

Sauna Village 10 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.<br />
