THE ICAF COVENANT TRAINING & MENTORSHIP PROGRAM The ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program has been established to provide proper biblical covering and mentorship for senior pastors and their churches, and those operating in Kingdom ministry. The lasting impact and benefit of this program has great spiritual significance and must be entered into after much prayerful consideration. ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program Benefits Consider these benefits to being a member of this Mentorship and Impartation Platform. It is a place of authentic relationship. A relationship that is not given or received based upon motive driven expectations. It is a strong place to be. The strength of the personal relationships within an apostolic sphere bolsters your confidence and promotes successful thinking. The ICAF is here to be available to the emerging generation of pastors and leaders and to help them find their passion, their creativity, their sense of destiny and purpose that God gave them. Mentorship Mentoring is a key element of Godly Leadership Development. Through the ICAF, each member has an opportunity to receive the benefit of valuable impartation and training through (spiritual) mentoring, (life) coaching, and (organizational) training that will expand your knowledge and ensure the success of your ministry, leadership roles and your entire life. Networking Being a part of the ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program opens doors for great networking opportunities with other dynamic leaders who share your passion for building the kingdom of God. These divine connections create covenant partnerships where the anointing of God increases in power and effectiveness so we are empowered to complete the work God has prepared for us to do. Monthly Video Conference with Dr. Harris and other great leaders. Our bi-monthly interactive video conference offers great fellowship with other ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program members, along with impartation and personal instruction from Bishop Dr. William L. Harris, IV, as well as occasions to meet and greet special guests representing o One on One Life Coaching Meetings with Dr. Harris The ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program provides each member with the opportunity to schedule one on one meetings with Dr. Harris during each quarter. During these sessions the member is able to receive direct guidance and direction for their ministry, career, and/or life. Leadership Boot Camps Twice a year the ICAF will host leadership boot camps in different regions of the United States. These will be opportunities for members to receive training and impartation from other great leaders in the Body of Christ.
