Our Vision To help God-anointed and God-appointed pastors and leaders change the world through these ministry emphases: Training — cultivates pastoral and leadership skills in the areas of maturity, ministry, and management leadership. Encouraging — help pastors and leaders to stay the course during challenging times through refreshing ministry conferences and monthly mentoring and impartation. Assisting — supply world-class resources to assist pastors and leaders to help expand their ministry impact Mentoring — connect global leaders— from mega-church pastors to start-up church planters—with exemplary past and present ministry mentors Our Strategy The Pastors & Leaders Training Institute overall vision is to train and equip pastors and leaders, globally and domestically. To help accomplish this vision, we will provide the following: specific leadership tracks through the ICBC Leadership, a state-of-the-art online e-learning portal that will offer comprehensive training via streaming audio and video, supported by digital print (PDF) and multi-media. Curriculum The Pastors & Leader's Curriculum is comprised of the following four ministry tracks. Leadership Principles Church Administration Christian Counseling Church Growth Strategies Each ministry track is presented once a year through our online campus. ICBC Changing the World through Ministry Education & Licensing International Christian Bible College D Designed for Pastors, Leaders, Ministers and everyday Christians alike the International Christian Bible College, offers the opportunity to receive first class Christian education and instruction from some of today's leading Christian leaders. ICBC's mission is to provide excellence in biblical higher education for effectiveness in global Christian leadership. As a comprehensive educational institution, we offer degree programs ranging from the Biblical certificate to the Bachelor of Theology and Ministry degrees, in several oncampus, online, and distance learning formats. The ICBC exists for the primary purpose of preparing men and women to pursue selective Christian ministry careers for which the Bible major is foundational or essential. ICBC degree programs exist for the primary purpose of preparing men and women to be godly servant-leaders for selected Christian ministries. By using the Scriptures as the foundation and basis for all instruction, our degree programs seek to produce graduates who are able to serve effectively in a variety of educational, counseling, church, and para-church ministries. ICBC exists for the primary purpose of preparing men as they acquire the knowledge, commit themselves to the spiritual ideals, and develop the skills that will enable them to qualify for ordination and enter into a worldwide Christian ministry. THE ICBC OFFERS COURSES IN APOLOGETICS, BIBLICAL STUDIES, CHRISTIAN COUNSELING, CHRISTIAN EDUCATION, CHRISTIAN PHILOSOPHY, MINISTERIAL TRAINING, CHURCH ADMINISTRATION, DIVINITY, SCHOOL OF MINISTRY, PASTORAL COUNSELING, RELIGIOUS LITERATURE, SACRED ARTS & MUSIC, THEOLOGY, & 21st CENTURY LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES! WHAT WE OFFER We have designed our courses to benefit people who share our spiritual identity and who are serious about obeying the biblical call to be a minister of Christ, whether in part-time or fulltime service. This college commits itself to helping you to arouse the supernatural in your life through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You will learn sound and balanced doctrine, how to handle biblical instruction wisely and well, and how to separate truth from error. The result should be growth in spiritual stature and in your ability to serve Christ successfully. ONSITE & DISTANCE LEARNING We recognize that good stewardship of one's abilities and the call of God requires some people to attend a full-time formal institution; but for many people a full-time institute is not the best alternative for ministry preparation. For these, the equipping and education offered through ICBC is most effective. Facilitating learning in the evenings, or through weekend seminars, enables our students to continue in their regular employment while they study. This makes our learning experience available to many people for whom a full-time school would not be possible. 1
CONNECT w/US The ICAF is a coalition made up of various organizations and churches. It is a foundation and platform for fellowship, training, and ecclesiastical mentorship. This coalition is made up of churches across different geographical locations, varying in church size, organizational affiliation, and structure but is unified to work together for the following causes: To ensure that every church in the country receives relevant and impactful training, impartation, and wisdom that will help them in their Pastorate. To ensure that every church will have a platform for fellowship and an arena for networking. To ensure that every Pastor, as well as their members, will receive specific and strategic training and education from an accredited source. To ensure that every church will receive an international covering for their ministry and ministerial staff.” ICAF MEMBERSHIP The ICAF Fellowship is for progressive pastors and leaders interested in Apostolic reformation, impartation, relevant training, global expansion, Apostolic progression and dynamic fellowship. We are different from current organizations in that, although we have now structured our platform to provide an organizational covering for churches worldwide; it is still unlike our traditional models of present organizations. The ICAF is a non-intrusive movement that doesn’t try to facilitate control, or management, but rather see itself as an enhancement and covering for independent and organizational churches who desires more hands on training, impartation, International networking and covenant relationship. The ICAF is non-binding and does not require a Pastor or Church to leave their current organization if they are settled and satisfied with the structure of their movement. The ICAF is a national training and ministry fellowship platform. We are a platform that brings Pastors and organizations together to enhance Apostolic unity and fellowship. The ICAF also ministers to independent churches that do not desire to join an organization but desires international fellowship, mentorship, and training. The ICAF is an international fellowship, strategically serving churches within the United States, as well as, in foreign countries. It continues to be the fastest growing Apostolic movement in the country. Finally, the ICAF is not just for Pastors. The ICAF also focuses on ministers, evangelists, and laity who desire an international platform for networking, preaching, teaching, and training. The ICAF Covenant Training & Mentorship Program also focuses on insuring that our ministers receive the spiritual heritage, mentorship, and impartation that will help them to make maximum impact on the world.
