It is a lesson for the today’s managers to take quick decision of

Once again we discuss the relation of father and son. Every
child has a special importance of father in its life. If mother is a
flowing river than father is a falling spring. At many times mother’s
sentiments are expressed but father keep a control over his feelings,
being a man. He mostly proves to be strict in children’s view.
Shri Ram came into the life of Hanumanji as God-father, a
supreme authority. Once he got the touch of father and the secretary
of Sugreev- Hanuman became the Great Hanuman.
The meeting of Hanumanji with Ramji is very much novel and
meaningful in RamCharitManas. Hanumanji got his path and Shri
Ramji his path fellow. Hanumanji was in a great trouble. Being with
Sugreev his energy exhausted. Being a man of knowledge, wisdom,
glory, valour he was only serving Sugreev. It was the humiliation of
the talent, which is rarely found.
Hanumanji was not getting the way, Ramji became his path.
Finding a path is a great achievement is life, it is a blessing.
Hanumanji had the anxiety for attainment of goal. But he did
not know the path. Ram became his path. And by seeking Ram.
Hanumanji was able to fulfill his aim of serving and devotion. When
mother starts the journey of life and father become the path, God
becomes our destination.
After this, assuming fire as a witness, Hanumanji made Ram
and Sugreev friends.
Fire, it is a good symbol of friendship. For igniting wood fire is
needed, and for the existence of fire, wood is needed. In a completely
burning wood it is impossible to distinguish wood and fire. Presence
or fire in wood and wood in fire shows their indiscrimination. Making
friends, in the witness of fire, is for this reason only. The mediation of
Hanumanji is also important. Hanumanji is a form of air and air is
very important for fire and wood to keep burning.
