1. Here we talk of state where body is active and mind at rest.<br />

But it happens that as our body becomes active, our mind<br />

becomes more active and starts running.<br />

The state of bringing our mind to rest is called meditation. The<br />

result of Yoga is meditation and <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji is a Yogi.<br />

Before leaving for Lanka he asks Jamvant, “what should I<br />

do ?” Starting SunderKand, Tulsidasji writes Jamvant’s name in<br />

first couplet .<br />

Listening to Jamvant’s words, <strong>Hanuman</strong>ji was very happy.<br />
