PROMOTION DETAILS – VIRGIN MOBILE 2 FOR 1 MOVIE TICKETS
During the course of Virgin Mobile 2 for 1 Movie Tickets promotion, qualified Virgin Mobile members are
offered a unique promo code within the Virgin Mobile Members Lounge. Each promo code is valid for a
Buy One Get One Free General Admission movie ticket redeemable at Cineplex.com.
Promo codes MUST be redeemed online at www.Cineplex.com/virgin to see any theatrical release at a
participating Cineplex theatre. Members who redeem the offer will receive a confirmation E-mail that
will include a Booking ID if they choose mobile ticket pickup and their admission ticket if they choose to
self-print. Members using mobile ticket pickup can pick up their tickets at their chosen theatre by going
to a self-serve ticketing kiosk and entering their Booking ID, scanning their Booking ID barcode at a

mobile pick up kiosk, or presenting their Booking ID at the Box Office. Members who choose to selfprint
must print their tickets that they receive by E-mail and bring them to the theatre.
Terms and conditions:
Cineplex will provide an exclusive Member promotion whereby, during the Promotion Period, Virgin
Mobile Members can receive and redeem (on the terms herein) up to nine (9) promo codes (each a
“Promo Code” and collectively, the “Promo Codes”). Each Promo Code will allow a Member to purchase
two (2) general admission Cineplex movie theatre tickets for the price of one (1) (the “2-4-1 Offer” and
the 2-4-1 Offer general admission movie theatre tickets shall be referred to collectively as the “2-4-1
Tickets” and each a “2-4-1 Ticket”). The 2-4-1 Offer shall apply, at the election of the Member, to adult,
senior and/or child tickets. Each time a Member redeems the 2-4-1 Offer, the 2-4-1 Tickets in respect of
each redemption shall be used in connection with the same movie and same show time, such that a
Member cannot, for example, use one of the 2-4-1 Tickets to watch one movie and the other 2-4-1
Ticket to watch another movie.
The 2-4-1 Offer shall not apply to midnight showings. The 2-4-1 Offer shall apply (on the terms herein) to
IMAX®, UltraAVX®, UltraAVX®3D, VIP room admission, digital 3D presentation, D-Box seating and
reserved seating performances (collectively, the “Premium Shows” and each a “Premium Show”)
provided that an applicable and reasonable surcharge per paid and/or free ticket will apply in respect of
any Premium Show. Subject to the foregoing, 2-4-1 Tickets may be used at any Cineplex theatre
location. 2-4-1 Tickets are valid for show times Sunday through Thursday (inclusive) only. The 2-4-1 Offer
only applies to purchases of Cineplex movie theatre tickets made online at Cineplex.com and Cineplex’s
mobile website and mobile application (collectively, the “Cineplex Website”). Free Tickets are not
eligible to earn SCENE® points. Paid admission tickets earn SCENE points as per standard earning terms.
Tickets are non-refundable. The 2-4-1 Offer cannot be redeemed for cash and 2-4-1 Tickets are not valid
for re-sale. No time extensions are allowed. Subject to the prior written consent of both Parties (which
consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), additional restrictions in respect of the 2-4-1 Offer may
apply. No time extensions are allowed. No substitutions. For greater certainty, each Member may
redeem the 2-4-1 Offer (on the terms herein) up to nine (9) times during the Promotion Period. A
Member may only obtain one (1) Promo Code during each week of the Promotion Period.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that neither Party can guarantee or
assure the other (to any degree) that they can restrict Members to obtaining only one (1) Promo Code
per week during the Promotion Period.
