Lounge, The One Pool, and in the dedicated restaurants.
Should any of these beverages be momentarily unavailable, an equivalent one will be offered.

A personal butler for every 5 staterooms.
Butlers are trained to the rigorous standards of the
International Butler Academy (Netherlands).
Butlers are dedicated exclusively to MSC YACHT CLUB guests
24 hours a day and provide the following services:
Meet & Greet service: private return transfers from airport to ship
(on request and charges apply)
Priority check-in and check-out with the Butler team waiting to assist
guests with luggage at the terminal, escort them to the dedicated line
for priority check-in, and facilitate formalities during port calls
The Butler will unpack and pack suitcases on request
THE BUTLER SERVICE

The Butler will collect any laundry for washing, dry cleaning and ironing
for same or next day delivery as requested ( charges apply)
Towel change twice a day
The Butler will take personal care of guests’ shoes on request
Our guest favourite international newspaper in its original layout
will be delivered to their suite every day, even at sea
Daily ENGLISH TEA service. Traditional ENGLISH TEA
is served daily by the Butlers with a selection of teas, cakes, pastries

On MSC Fantasia, MSC Splendida, MSC Divina and MSC Preziosa the suites (from 25 sq. m to 53 sq. m)
have a double bed which can be converted into two single beds (on request, except in the suites for guests with
