The W14A and W17A have the same unique and innovative design as the W400A but with greater output and performance. Rated at 600 watts of continuous power and offering a host of design features that has made Montarbo a world class name in speaker enclosures. Made from high-density polyethylene that provides sonic resonance not found in other ‘plastic’ boxes. Each speaker is biamped offering mosfet amplifi ers fi tted with protection circuitry, 2 independent dynamic processors and a high slope Linkwitz-Riley active electronic processor. Also a ‘soft-start’ switch to reduce peak current drain at switch on. The rear panel is fitted with balanced XLR input and output (link) connectors, master volume control, mid-high level control and ground-lift. PGS TECH POWERED SPEAKERS We’re proud to introduce a brand new series of high quality powered speakers - PGS Tech, that are set to redefi ne the active speaker market. All standard plastic moulded designs suffer from vibrations and resonance generated from the high sound levels produced by modern speaker drivers. The PGS Tech professional series uses a die cast Aluminium front face panel adding strength and reducing resonance to an absolute minimum. Apart from giving the range a very unique look, the aluminium facia also doubles as a very effective heatsink, prolonging speaker life and improving effi ciency. The mixer section features 3 input channels each with XLR/Jack and RCA connectors, 3 band EQ, reverb and gain control.
