1. Use <strong>of</strong> the Treaty for export and movement <strong>of</strong> defense articles/services/information<br />

does not in any way waive any <strong>of</strong> the requirements in each agreement, including those<br />

regarding disclosure and use, intellectual property, and Third Party Sales and<br />

transfers.<br />

2. Eligible programs are identified on this list; it is up to the exporter to determine<br />

whether export or movement <strong>of</strong> an article linked to one <strong>of</strong> these programs is consistent<br />

with Treaty requirements.<br />

3. Sensitive or Classified programs which MAY be eligible are not listed here – please<br />

consult with appropriate defense authority in the U.S. or Australia.<br />

4. Master, Umbrella and Framework Agreements permit the establishment <strong>of</strong> bilateral<br />

projects or data/info exchanges – but do not in themselves constitute bilateral<br />
