For me it has been a great experience to belong to a
working group, which has campaigned for supporting
and promoting talents. LATIN AMERICAN MODEL is
a medium that was born to find the beauty in the art
on a global scale.
I am grateful to people like RAUL VILLAMIZAR AND
ERICK DE LOS RIOS (Agents of the Models) for the
devotion and the support that they have given their
models. It is fundamental for our work, because
thanks to them we embellish our covers and the
content.
I want to thank the models who believe in our work
and who know that what we do, we do it for them
because our vocation is to serve and to accompany.
Our models and musical artists have quite our
admiration for what they do at a professional level
and the height with which they manage their careers.
In this edition we provide talented models and
musical artists who have made a career path and
who are looking to leave a trace in history.

« I was
born on August
25, 1991 in
Medellin. Since
I was very little,
my family,
especially my
mother has felt
very proud of
me and always
wanted the
best for me.
When I was
11, she
brought me to
a modeling
academy
because I
really liked
everything
about modeling
and almost
every day I
played being a
beauty queen.

I graduated as a professional model, had
the opportunity to participate in beauty
contests in the junior category and I posed
for catalogs. Everything ran so good for me
that I started to neglect my studies. That is
why my mom decided to retire me from the
agency to prevent that I lose one year of
study.

In 2008 I
graduated the
college and
started my
career in the
field of
communication
and audiovisual
languages. I
want to get
involved in
something that
I’ve always
liked: The
media!

One day I came by
chance to the shootings of
a series which is well
known here in Colombia.
There, I had the
opportunity to speak with
the actors and directors
about the part as an extra.
Since that time my
interest in acting is
aroused.
I had the
opportunity
to record
small roles
for
productions
like Teleset
and
Televideo. I
also have
big plans for
the future
and if God
permits, I
can be
present in
them.

I currently live in Medellín proudly working
as a model. I participated in two videos
with Reggae-singers from Puerto Rico like
Nejo y Dalmata, Magnate and Valentino,
where I could increase my awareness
level a little bit more. I hope that then the
people appreciate a little my work as a
model and actress.

Although I like everything
which presents me now and I
love my job, there is not only
work in my life. In my spare
time I take the opportunity
sharing with my family and my
friends. I love to dance, to eat
ice cream, to go hiking...
I have plans to settle down to Bogotá where I
can start studying acting and working in this
area, because my dream has always been to

the new creation
of Andrés
Cepeda, his
seventh solo,
which was
produced in the
studios of
London, Miami,
Buenos Aires,
Bogotá and
Cartagena in
2011.

«This was a wonderful
experience, the subjects
were chosen with great
care, which makes me feel
great, my new album is a
reflection of good stage
also because of this
personal and professional
sphere»
said the artist.

Two years of hard work results in «Lo mejor que hay
en mi vida», a musical full of fresh sounds and great
lyrics. «Siempre estas tú», «Un ratito», «El mensaje»,
«Te regalo mi canto», are some of the fourteen songs
of the disk, where successful authors are participated
like Jorge Luis Piloto, Yoel Henriquez, Claudia Brant,
as well as Andrés and Amauri Gutiérrez who are the
authors of the first single who give the album its name.

recorded in a duet with the Spanish singer
Rosario. A great experience for both artists
which soon can be downloaded on iTunes.

Cali - Colombia and
since my earliest
childhood the world of
fashion inspired me, and
I entered almost
undercover the best
agency of the city,
because first my parents
did not agree with this
new course in my life.
Nevertheless I kept on
taking part directly in
each development of the
different facets that go
hand in hand of being a
model like as catwalks,
photos and image
making for important
protocol events with
brands recognized at
national and international
level. Among them I took
part in the Fashion Week
in Miami and I was
chosen several times to
the Show Room of
Studio F in my city and
many others.
studied Marketing and
International Business at
the Universidad Autónoma
de Cali and I made a
specialization in Foreign
Trade which gave me a
solid bases to enter the
field of business in the redlight-district
"Granada" of
my city with two important
lunchbars, which were a
success since it is not a
secret that it takes a lot of
public relations. In this level
I'm a very sociable person
which allowed me to
position them very
successful and with a big
feedback; in turn I began
commercializing clothes
and accessories which I
bring from Miami.
As you can see am I
woman with many several
facets … I like the
challenges and at present I
am living in the DF
(Mexico) where I am
starting several projects.

O
ne of my
hobbies is traveling
because I like to meet
different cultures and
their people as well as
their gastronomy where
I can appreciate its
typical and
representative meals.
Otherwise sport excites
me since my childhood.
It not just allows me to
maintain an athletic
figure, but also it is for
me a little bit of
pleasure that I can
isolate myself of the
world and find myself. I
go 5 or 6 days per week
to the Fitness Center at
an average of two
hours, where I combine
some classes like
cardiogram, weight
training and where I
mountaineer one or two
times per week to lose
the routine.
Otherwise I love
skating with my
friends on the beach,
diving, playing squash
and basketball is
really one of my
favorite ones; I also
love to share time with
the people that I love,
to eat well and to go
out to the best fashion
sites are the others of
my hobbies.
To eat is one of my
greatest pleasures
and so I don’t believe
that I could follow any
diet.
My measurements are
94-64-94 and from all
my body parts I love
most my abdomen,
legs and tail... »

craziness; there my
favorite hotels are the

Venetian who all transport
you with their unique styles
and grand architectures to
another world.
Mexico is a charming
country; Cancun Los
Cabos and Puerto
Vallarta are really on
another level. In
Venezuela shines
Margarita Island and
Caracas is simply very
cosmopolitan.
The Dominican Republic
is one of my favorite
destinations where
undoubtedly the beaches
in Punta Cana isolates
us ourselves from the
daily routine; and
another experience is
Capcana, for me the
most exclusive resort
where you just have to
get pampered.
I also like Peru and
Ecuador and their style
for their culinary and
cultural level. One of my
pleasures is to travel,
and although I still
haven’t seen much, my
next destination is
Europe early next year. »

From Venezuela
to the World
Jennifer Hernandez,
began her modeling
career at the age of 16,
in the milieu of the
catwalk, beauty
pageants and she was
the image of several
clothing brands,
swimwear, beauty
products among others
... reaching a wide range
across the continent.
She worked as an
actress in the
Venezuelan channel
RCTV, as presenter of
the Peruvian channel
Panamericana, in
Venezuela at Channel i
with a program of rock,
and at channel Kmusic,
a cable television
company called Telmex
Colombia in 2011.
This Venezuelan girl
has has been on the
cover of magazines
like1340CC, Alta
Cilindrada, Urbe
together with Ernesto
Calzadilla, Playboy,
Suite 23, Inter de
Intercable, Curvas
España, Vblazin
EE.UU, All engine
Colombia among
others. Within a few
weeks, Jennifer will
start a program at the
Colombian TV,
dedicated to the beauty
of Latin women in the
world.
After she left
Venezuela, the country,
where she was born
and for which she is
very grateful, she
began, like many of the
Venezuelan, proudly to
represent her nationality
and to shoot her
successes constantly.

Nearly two years ago came
Jenny to Colombia, so tell
her closest friends. She
counts on that wine is
making a scouting; - and
she is seeing what was
happening at that time with
Rock al Parque in Bogotá,
and she is inspired by her
Rock program (ROCK-
STONE tv) which she is
presenting in Venezuela at
Canal E for the first season
with an open call sign -
Jenny stayed delighted with
the Plaza del Rock and
says that she feels the
blood of the Colombian
who enjoy all aspects of the
fantastic world of Rock.
She said it was necessary
to make the second season
of ROCK-STONE TV in
Colombia.
As a result of this she
came to Colombia in
August, which was at the
time of the attack on the
premises of the radio
station Caracol.
Wonderful things started
happening, at the first of
December 2010 Rock-
Stone TV was transmitted
by Kmusic through the
cable network called
Telmex (now Claro),
where she enjoyed
working much at this
project in this TV show for
about eight months. There
were different aspects of
the world of rock (classic
rock, hard rock, thrash,
metal hard-core, etc.).
There were shown
exclusive videos,
interviews with the girls of
the photo sessions in the
Rock-Stone Babes. She
also enjoyed much to
transmit the live concerts
and being with highly
recognized bands like
KISS, Guns N’ Roses,
Aerosmith, Scorpions,
Cinderella and countless
bands that came in that
year on tour throughout
Latin America.

This Caraqueña misses
much things which are 24
hours a day alive, as she
was going to a bakery, be
active every day in Caracas
Metro, the public, the heat
Venezuelan, the landscapes
and she misses with a big
melancholy the great
gastronomy like arepas,
cachapas and finally the
entire Venezuelan food,
although she enjoys the
Colombian food, she never
changes her roots.
She misses very much her
people, her family who is
very important, and although
she came to Colombia with
Venezuelan producers she
says it is not easy to be
without friends, without a
cousin or without a good
friend, without the mom or
without a team-mate, but
fortunately they opened the
doors to many opportunities
of work and got warmth and
affection of the citizens of
Colombia and thanks to that
affection she loves Colombia
more and more.
Since her childhood and
even now she is a very
athletic girl, a lover of
sport; she recalls with
pleasure that he liked to
play rubber ball, pin, etc
... she says that she was
not a rude girl but she
was the girl who liked to
play with boys, and they
thought there were the
best friends; she enjoyed
it to play basketball with
them, or volleyball, she
loved it to go to the
beach, although it was 30
minutes to the beach La
Guaira which was a
wonderful place.
Unfortunately she can’t
enjoy such things here in
Bogotá;
Just as wearing sandals,
because she thinks that a
woman's femininity is
characterized by beautiful
hands and feet;
unfortunately it is in cities
like Bogotá almost
impossible because of
the cold.

She enjoys a lot working
out at a gym; it is
something she hasn’t
failed to do. She also
likes going to the
movies, she loves to
read, enjoys sharing
time in a good park or
acting environment. Now
when she is studying
performance, she shares
with so many people in
her practices that are so
full of motivation. She
loves watching UFC and
the Strike-Force; she
really enjoys fighting and
mixed martial arts and
within a short time, she
is going to start
practicing this sport, and
she believes that Bogota
is a cosmopolitan city
which always has
something interesting to
do. For Jennifer life
means love and health.
For Jennifer life means

She believes that these two
things are primordial for
having a life full of energy
and the impulse for having
success, and to achieve
banal things and materials
with work. Beauty means for
Jenny to be careful at the
food, not eat too fat and not
eat red meat. But she likes
to eat a lot of chicken and
fish; to drink water, but no
gas. And she clarifies that
«having a lot of sex makes
you more vigorous, with
more passion and life. It is
very important and of course
must be taken for a good
health». She says that
makeup is much, but there
should be more specific
things and these are the
good life and good eating.
In spite of that, sexy or a sex
symbol is not considered,
rather considered is a very
sensual woman, attractive
and full of passion, with a lot
of love to give to her friends
and of course to her partner.

It offends to her when
people think that she is
permissive. Having a
pretty face does not
mean that she is like a
doll that you can exhibit.
Some people don’t
realize that it is
hardworking and
struggling when you want
to reach your goals. It is
not a bad thing when she
explains that she is from
a poor family in
Venezuela and that she
has had to study, to fight
and to work, because it is
not easy to leave your
country at a determined
time, to sell your things
and to go to look for new
horizons without knowing
what will happen with
your life, if you will go
right or wrong. When all
is said and done, things
should be done from the
heart and with the
positivism in the course
of your life, to achieve
everything you want.
Jennifer likes to wear tight
clothing, elegant and with
a nice color, which having
that sensual touch and
makes she looks elegant
and classy.
Of course she also likes to
be sporty and
comfortable, but she
clarifies that with good
heels the femininity gets
excited.
Currently she is enjoying
the acting classes which
she is taking in Colombia,
with the teachers Jorge
Herrera, Alfonso Ortiz and
with Karin Norman (voice
acting).
That what this beautiful
woman has in surplus is
talent and the desire to
continue working, which
has become part of her
life since she was very
small.

Jennifer Hernandez, began her modeling career at
the age of 16 and has done a great track across the

LATINA“

The self-sufficient
woman, who doesn’t
must be depend on any
man to be happy: this is
the main inspiration for
the singer Carolina
Roldán Muñoz, known in
the art world as KARO
"DIVA LATINA".
It takes a decade of
experience in the media,
being a model, TV and
radio presenter, and her
performance is her main
vocation as a singer.
KARO "DIVA LATINA" is
a Colombian singer from
the beautiful city
Medellinn. She began her
singing career in 1997
alongside the Martelo
Brothers. She was
participating and clearly
winning as the best
female voice in festivals
of her hometown and
important intercollegiate
music contests like Coros
and gruops, among
others.
Very remarkable is her
malleability to sing
different genres in her
own style.
In 2003, she began a
musical journey as a pop
singer in her hometown
and she joined a great
humanitarian work. It is
an international project
of the United Nations
against human
trafficking.
She is sharing tis project
worldwide with artists
like Wolfine and Alberto
Style, exponents of the
urban genre of Latin
America.

singer, "the Princess of

Medellin, where her

highlighted as the cover of
“Farandula” and as a top
story in the newspaper EL
COLOMBIANO, which is
one of the most important
newspapers of Colombia.
Since the contact to her
current manager and
music producer Andrés
Felipe Vasquez Ruiz two
years ago, her music
career takes an entirely
professional course.
Andy Vasquez, better
known as a professional
musician, highlighted in
the city of Medellin,
demanding and with strict
discipline during working
on projects and musical
productions, of brilliant
mind, an excellent
guitarist, arranger and
composer.

«I am Michael Leon, actor,
voice and dubbing actor,
model. I’m casted as a
complete actor and
constantly in training. My
introduction to the media
was in 2008 when I
voluntarily accompanied my
cousin Anyela Herrera
Sanchez, the "Queen of
Quindio 2007-2008" to the
casting and reviews to her
reign. I remember that we
had been at several
modeling agencies and TV
stations, when I got call of
an agency. They are
looking for a character for a
production of Caracol
called "Muñoz vale por 2"
and for a TV commercial. I
remember all facets of a
stage actor in our school
when I was only 15 years
old. We won the Carnival of
the children in the years
2004 and 2005 of the G11
group (street theater),
which was broadcasted by
channel Caracol. And I
remember my participations
in the artistic at school:
dance, theater, singing and
cheeders.
That reunion was very
interesting in my life,
because as a kid I was
classified by the company
as a "nerd". I remember that
I obtained in my school the
grades “E” or “10” (“A” or
“Excellent” in the U.S. – ed.)
and I imposed in 19 subjects
the record of 15 times the
grade of “10” or “E”. But It
was at a stage of my life
where I did not know what to
study. I wanted to study
something which I really
love to do and which I enjoy
later in my professional life.
The answer came just as I
was about to graduate.
Acting was the answer. I
learned acting at the Charlot
Academy and took
workshops in ARI Colombia,
Humberto Rivera, and the
JCB Academy. I was
instructed in Voice Over

joy, because at one of the

unforgettable trip to
Cartagena, together with 14
children of the foundation
SE VALE SOÑAR, which

travel with their mothers,

acute pancreatitis.
The cat hovered

hospitalized for four

animal is already at
home and Andrea is

medicine judiciously
and keeps her cat
under observation. "I
almost died of
sadness when I saw
her so much sick and

to save her. The cat
is living since four
years in my home

made his first steps with

He was the arranger and producer of each song from the
musical work “The Final Verdict”, with which he had
