we have given our own classification to the hotels
featured in this brochure. The star ratings are
offered by our people from their own experience.
We may also use official star ratings for individual
countries as a guide. Assessing accommodation
can be quite subjective and generally speaking the
standard and services will be in line with the price
paid. Please note that our star rating system is
individual to the destination and reflective across the
range of accommodation available in that country.

trip you can call on our assistance. It is always our recommendation however that you first take the matter
up directly with the hotel or supplier at the time and endeavour to resolve the issue on the spot. Remember
