We are pleased to announce that the <strong>Climbing</strong> <strong>Wall</strong> Summit will return to the<br />

University of Colorado Campus in Boulder, Colorado on May 30-June 1, 2013.<br />

The record-setting 2012 Summit saw best-ever participation from attendees and<br />

exhibitors alike. The high quality exhibit space will grow again for 2013.<br />

In 2013 we’re making the Summit more beneficial and cost effective for<br />

sponsors and exhibitors with the addition of color-coded nametags by industry<br />

segment, targeted content tracks, CWA membership included with sponsorship,<br />

a revised product presentation format, and stable pricing.<br />

NEW FOR 2013<br />

New and Improved. Thanks to your feedback,<br />

we’ve added the following improvements to the<br />

2013 <strong>Climbing</strong> <strong>Wall</strong> Summit.<br />

Product Presentations. After the successful<br />

debut of product presentations in 2012, we<br />

decided to decrease presentation volume to<br />

garner the highest amount of attention on your<br />

product. Be sure to take advantage of these<br />

specific opportunities to show off your product<br />

or service to the most interested leads.<br />

Increased and Repeated Sessions. Thanks<br />

to your feedback, popular sessions will be repeated<br />

for maximum opportunity to attend. By<br />

moving to a track schedule format, we will add<br />

more sessions on pertinent industry topics.<br />

Schedule Tracks. This year’s sessions will be<br />

grouped by content type, allowing attendees<br />

to gain a comprehensive knowledge of their<br />

chosen content areas by attending groups of<br />

sessions based around the same topic.<br />

Networking Luncheon. Break bread with<br />

existing leads and gain new ones during an<br />

organized networking luncheon. Sponsorship<br />

opportunities available.<br />

<strong>Exhibitor</strong> Bingo. Each attendee will be given<br />

a bingo card filled with exhibitor names and<br />

booth numbers. <strong>Exhibitor</strong>s will receive a stamp<br />

to validate cards for attendees who visit their<br />

booth. In order to get the card stamped, attendees<br />

must answer two questions asked by<br />

the exhibitor. Attendees who reach “bingo” can<br />

submit their completed card for inclusion in a<br />

prize drawing.<br />

Color-Coded Nametags. Each industry segment<br />

will be designated by a separate nametag<br />

color, making it simple for you to identify valuable<br />

leads and maximize your exhibit hall hours.<br />

Luncheon: If the way to a climber’s heart is through the stomach, sponsoring a Summit luncheon will<br />

surely leave an impression and yield a captive audience. Limit 2. Approximately $3000-$6000 room and<br />

catering costs.<br />

Scholarships: Consider sponsoring Summit scholarships to earn positive press or show valued<br />

customers you appreciate their business. Last year one sponsor provided full scholarships to ten<br />

participants otherwise unable to attend! Set of five scholarships: $3000.<br />

Pre-Conference Workshop: Gain favor by sponsoring a long form pre-conference workshop that<br />

participants can attend for free! Approximately $1,500 - $2,500.<br />

Coffee Breaks: The lifeblood of conferences, attendees will thank your company for making their<br />
