target below 20,000 (unless you have<br />

a special circumstance) because you<br />

are rewarded by <strong>Facebook</strong> with cheaper<br />

clicks when you get more clicks on your<br />

ad. you won’t get a lot of clicks with a<br />

very narrow target.<br />
