I'm very excited that we are about to begin a journey together, that will result in growth
for both of us. I know you are too.
I'm eager to help you reach your goals, however before we commence this process together,
I must be absolutely certain you know what you are getting into, and protect both
of us from a legal standpoint, by presenting you with the following contract terms.
Let's start our relationship on the right foot by beginning with a clear communication of
what's expected of both of us during the coaching relationship.
This agreement is made between (You) _______________________ and (The Company)
the Blog Mastermind Partnership (Yaro Starak as Director), as it relates to your
participation in the Elite Entrepreneur coaching program (The Program).
You agree that:
1. You have read the full info page at http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/elite/,
including the critical sections on what's required of you, the NO REFUNDS policy,
the program structure and duration, and application process. I have done my best
to accurately represent this program, however if you are not sure about any aspects,
ask before signing this document.
2. You understand that you are making a commitment for 12 weeks to participate in
the entire program, complete tasks assigned to you during your coaching calls,
and attend events. If you decide not to complete any components of this program,
you will NOT receive a refund or credit towards any other purchases.
3. The Company, Yaro Starak, Gideon Shalwick, other trainers and staff, are not responsible
for your results. No guarantees are made whatsoever that this program
will help you make more money, improve your life in any way or result in any spe-

cific outcome. You might even lose money because of expenses. I certainly hope
this program helps you and expect it will, but ultimately it's up to you to work towards
the result you want, I'm not responsible for what happens.
4. The Company agrees to provide a set number of contact hours that you have been
made aware of as per the information page at
http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/elite/. Any additional time is provided completely
at the discretion of the trainer. In other words, there may be instances
where I (Yaro) or other trainers help you longer than our set time for a coaching
call etc, but you shouldn't have any expectations for more than what is promised to
you. Anything else is a bonus.
5. The Company instructors are not lawyers, accountants, financial advisors or counselors,
so as such you should treat any advice given as opinion only. If you need
professional advice in these areas, seek a professional outside of this program.
6. Investment in this course is significant, and as such you should not enter the program
if the financial cost will place an unreasonable burden on your lifestyle. If you
cannot afford this program, don't join until you are financially capable.
7. We respect your privacy and as such expect you to respect our privacy. As you will
join a mastermind group, where other members may divulge personal information,
trade secrets, copyrighted ideas, or other private content, by signing this contract
you agree to keep all that is discussed within this program confidential.
8. I am committed to delivering a quality program and intend for you to have a positive
experience. By signing below you agree that The Company, at it's sole discretion
may terminate this agreement, limit or suspend your participation, if you cause
disruption to other members or trainers in the program, or fail to work within the
program structure. In other words, if you are a trouble maker I'll kick you out and
that decision is entirely up to me.
9. And one last reminder – there are no refunds for this program. Once you join you
are committed to completing the entire course, or as much as you can. Only in exceptional
circumstances, at my discretion only, will we discuss what to do if you
can no longer participate in the program due to unforeseen circumstances. If you
simply change your mind, you will not be able to request a refund.

Your commitment to this process is critical, and as such I ask that you only sign
below when you are ready to give 110% of your energy, enthusiasm and attention
to participating and contributing to the Elite Entrepreneur program.
