Notice for Aurangabad CEC Meeting
The Circle Executive Committee (CEC) Meeting of Sanchar Nigam Executives’
Association (I) Maharashtra Circle will be held at Conference Hall, Marathwada Mahasul
Prashikshan Prabhodhini Hall, Amardeep Hotel Chowk, Jalna Road, Aurangabad,
PIN 431001 , for two days on Saturday, 18 th August 2012 and Sunday, 19 th August 2012.
The tentative agenda of the CEC meeting is as follows:
1. Organizational matters.
2. Issues related to development of BSNL.
3. Issue of Merger of mobile wing with TD and pending issues thereof.
4. Revised Norms of calculating executive Strength and strategy thereof.
5. Complaint against SNEA (I) Leaders and strategy for Maharashtra Circle.
6. Substitute arrangement of CS SNEA (I) MH in view of restrictions by BSNL
management on holding discussions with CS SNEA (I) MH.
7. Possibility of holding premature Circle Conference for electing new CS.
8. Filling vacant post of Joint Secretary SNEA (I) Vidarbha.
9. Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

With reference to above subject & notice issued for Circle Executive Committee (CEC)
Meeting of Sanchar Nigam Executives’ Association (I) Maharashtra Circle scheduled on 18 th &
19 th August 2012, it is to intimate that due sudden demise of beloved father of Com. Ankush
DS SNEA(I) Aurangabad, we are compelled to reschedule the CEC Meeting.
The revised dates of proposed CEC Meeting at Aurangabad are Saturday 8 th & Sunday
9 th September 2012. There is no change in venue, agenda and location of CEC Meeting except
dates. Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to sudden change in dates of meeting.
