General Information
To ensure you receive your preferred
availability, we advise all clients and guests to
book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Spa Day Booking Information
Our Spa team will be on hand to assist
you with your Spa Day booking. For all

All of our Spa Days are available Monday
to Sunday, unless otherwise stated and are
subject to availability.
A Robe, Towel and Slippers are supplied
for your use during the Spa Day. We ask
that you return your Towel and Robe at the
end of your stay.
The changing room area is equipped
with showers, Tropicarium and hairdryers;
however, toiletries are not included.
Due to age restrictions, spa days are not
available to children under 16.
Arrival times are usually scheduled between
9.00am and 10.00am and will be shown on
your confirmation. If late arrival is anticipated
please inform the Spa. Availability will be
checked for both Spa time and treatments.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your
scheduled tour. Refreshments will be served
upon your arrival and you will be presented
with your full itinerary for the day.
Spa Days require full payment in advance to
secure your booking with us.
We encourage all of our Spa Day guests
to drink plenty of water throughout the day
and to rest in our relaxation room between
treatments. Refreshments will be supplied
in the relaxation area throughout the day;
however drinks are prohibited around the
poolside area.
It is recommended that the hot
rooms (Sauna, Steam Room and
Tropicarium) are not to be used
through any stage of pregnancy.
This is also recommended for the
Hydrospa and Jacuzzi.
Spa Etiquette
We kindly ask all guests and
spa clients that when entering the
treatment room areas, all mobile
phones are switched off to ensure
the peace and tranquillity of the
spa. This is to respect clients in
treatments and to keep the noise
levels to a minimum.
Failure to cancel an appointment within 48
hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A
100% cancellation fee will be incurred if you
fail to attend an appointment.
Open toed footwear is advised after a
pedicure to prevent smudging and to prolong
the finished effects of your pedicure.
When scheduling an eyelash tint, a skin
test is required at least 24 hours prior to an
appointment. If you do not wish to have a
patch test carried out, a signed consent form
will be required.
It is advised that a patch test is carried out
at least 24 hrs prior to a Spray Tan. Please
prepare your skin the night before by exfoliating
your body. No moisturizer is to be worn on the
day of your tan. Loose, dark clothing is to be
warn after the treatment.
Children
No children under the age of 16 are allowed
to use the spa facilities, i.e. Jacuzzi, Sauna and
Steam Room but do have access to the pool area
at set times as outlined in the Swimming Pool time
table. Regrettably we are unable to allow infants
or small children into treatment rooms; however,
we do have a crèche facility on site.
Arrival Times
Please adhere to arrival and treatments times.
Late arrival may result in your treatment not being
honoured or the offer of an alternative treatment.
Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment
to give yourself the opportunity to relax and
complete a consultation card, if necessary.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased
from our spa reception and
are valid for 12 months. These
can either be personalised to
create the perfect gift, or to a
monetary value.
