Continued...The clapped out old spa pool that came withthe property we ripped out (and managed tosell on TradeMe for $50) and was replaced with abeautiful deluxe hydrotherapy Hot Spring spa.We lined and painted all the walls of thecovered spa pool area with a fresh and vibrantaqua blue colour and decorated the area withhanging plants, potted cactus and woodenornaments and carvings from Bali.Now this area we have called ‘The Wet Spot’gets regular use from nearly all our guestslooking for a hot relaxing soak after a day ofactivities in Rotorua.The spa is set to a very comfortable 38.5degrees Celsius and has many different jetsthat provide an awesome spa experience.Being totally private, the spa is swimwearoptional which nude bathing is of coursethe best way to enjoy a spa – that way youdon’t get any surface foam building up fromdetergent washed swimwear.We also provide clear plastic wine or beerglasses should guests want to have a drink inthe spa.October 2012: Out with the old...Gone!... and in with the new!Another thing we added this year was aclear zip-down roller blind that we can rolldown on breezy days to keep the spa poolarea warmer.
