There are two areas of work:<br />

• Residential<br />

The scope of the residential development includes the execution of different vials of access and<br />

common spaces, which can be public or private, specifically related to the development of<br />

residential areas, where characteristic environment is defined by the predominant presence of<br />

housing, in their very different types possible, conforming immediately to these habitat and the<br />

network of public spaces around them.<br />

The concept of this type of actions provides adaptation and harmony of the urbanized space<br />

depending on the building type which is confined, from the single‐family building isolated in<br />

plot until collective residential complexes, usually oriented to the coexistence of a road traffic<br />

eminently local with varying degrees of pedestrian presence in the common spaces. All<br />

equipped with functional and aesthetic, appropriate conditions accompanied with the<br />

necessary infrastructure and equipment consistent with the location: different floorings,<br />

residential lighting, street furniture, as well as the introduction of all the networks of basic<br />

infrastructure for providing services to the residential complex.<br />

• Industrial<br />

Under the heading of industrial urbanization collects execution and conditioning of all the<br />

category of open spaces associated with the articulation of areas of movement, access and<br />

interconnection interior areas and Industrial enclosures, whether it is an isolated settlement or a<br />

complex which welcome multiple industries, and that will be associated with the development<br />

of its activity with different purposes (circulation (, parking, storage, etc.). Namespaces thus<br />

identified are usually some particular needs arising from the circumstances of its activity or in<br />

anticipation of its future implementation, so demand requirements specific in terms of the<br />

allocation and sizing of its road infrastructure and services, bringing otherwise characteristics<br />

Development of the square of the city of Torrelavega on a previously executed underground<br />

parking. The works consist of the implementation of road, pavement and sidewalk and plaza,<br />

borders cladding slabs of slate, gardening and trees, street furniture and public lighting.<br />

DEVELOPMENT OF SECTOR 4 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTANDER (CANTABRIA).<br />

Construction of the urbanization of the 4 Sector of the General Plan of urban planning of the<br />

municipality of Santander. It includes the construction of roads for vehicular and pedestrian,<br />

traffic, the implementation of the necessary infrastructure for drainage facilities and sanitation,<br />

supply of water, electricity, telephone and gas, lighting of the vials, as well as landscaping of the<br />

free spaces and the placement of furniture. The road network is basically a network mallada,<br />

consisting of mutually orthogonal vials with a total length of 5.77 kms.<br />

ATLANTIC PARK OF THE VALLEY OF THE FLAMES IN SANTANDER (CANTABRIA).<br />

Construction of an urban park, which simulates the Atlantic coasts representing the rich landscape<br />

and the diversity of vegetation of the Atlantic climate. It has a surface of 296.091,12 m2, of which<br />

12<strong>2.</strong>821,70 m2 are green areas, 41.041,30 m2 are area of wetland vegetation, 51.617 m2 of<br />

bituminous mixture (roads, rail bike and footpaths) and 16.616 m2 of pavement pieces of granite.<br />

Built a stage for performances of <strong>2.</strong>007,28 m2, a Lake of 9.003,63 m2 and a building for cafeteria<br />

and services outdoor play areas, both children as for senior citizens, and three zones with up to<br />

360 vehicles. 6 12,000‐volt power lines and one of 55,000 volts is soterraron. It gave the Park's<br />

lighting, irrigation, drainage and sanitation services.<br />

Reordering and paving of the square of the Town Hall of Santander to get ordering the area and<br />

improve the existing qualities it is one of the most unique places in Santander. The works consist of<br />

the implementation of firm, pavements and kerbs of sidewalk and plaza, cladding slabs of slate,<br />

gardening and trees, public lighting and urban furniture.<br />

STREET MARQUÉS DE LA HERMIDA, SANTANDER (CANTABRIA)<br />

Resurfacing for sharing current port use and pedestrian on the waterfront of the Malian basin.<br />

Between this area and the calle Marqués de la Hermida developed for use as car park pavement<br />

interspersed with a few green spaces delimited by walls of concrete that delimits a zone bike lane<br />

between the two areas. The rest of the packaging consisted of the delimitation of a green area<br />

between the parking and the street Marqués de la Hermida also solved leaving the bus stops; and<br />

another area for sports (basketball courts). Woodland and parkland serves as a mattress and<br />

separation of strong traffic that is seen under the area. Developed an area for use as<br />

complementary to the performance parking for 186 seats.<br />

ROAD REALIGNMENT IN MUSKIZ (BIZKAIA)<br />

Road realignment in the N‐634 from its intersection with the local road BI‐3796 (Casa de Cultura<br />

area) to its intersection with the source old Avenue (zone St. John) with a length of 680 meters.<br />

The actions carried out are: general management and integration into the urban fabric through an<br />

elliptical roundabout, definition of 6 zebra crossings located on the N‐634 along the leg and new<br />

sidewalks with sufficient amplitude, to favour the pedestrian paths, renovation, replacement and<br />

expansion of existing services and execution of gardening and urban furniture.<br />

area Marina de Cudeyo ‐ Medio Cudeyo. It is divided into functional areas, designed to<br />

accommodate both logistics companies such as industrial, business and commercial activities<br />

with a total area of 1.330.232 m².<br />

As significant data, executed more than <strong>2.</strong>215.000,00 m3 of excavation in deforestation;<br />

1.960.000,00 m³ of embankment formation; 40.000,00 m³ of demolitions; 450.000,00 m² of<br />

refining of slopes; 175.000,00 m² of building (structural and secondary) roads, service roads and<br />

parking lots; 215.000,00 m² of green areas and 620 you treatment planting of trees.<br />
