Updated ETL series ready for Euro 6
The van and chassis mounted ETL series now feature ground level hydraulic valves for safer emergency
descents and reinforced booms for extra outreach and a boost in cage capacity to 230 kg.

The bestselling series of
aerial access platforms for 3.5
t GVW vehicles, the ETL series,
has been upgraded with;
Extra outreach
The new ETL features a
thicker aluminium profile
on the inner boom which,
combined with LMC and a
lighter cage, results in an
increase in the maximum
outreach on select ETL units.
Extra cage capacity
The max cage capacity
of ETL units has been
upgraded from 200 to 230
kg to better accommodate 2
operators with tools.
Safer emergency operation
The hydraulic valves are now
located at the pedestal for
safer and easier emergency
descent operations.
Previously, the hydraulic
valves were located at the
turret where they were
somewhat inaccessible as
the ground level operator
was required to stand on a
tall ladder while performing
the descent procedure.
New unit (ETL-38)
A new addition to the ETL
series is the ETL-38-140-F
available on 3.5 t Renault
Master and Mercedes-Benz
Sprinter vans.
New flybooms
All van mounted ETL units
with an articulating flyboom
now feature a higher degree
of flyboom articulation.
The traditional 90°
flyboom has been replaced
with a 120° flyboom granting
added versatility, while the
new ETL-38 features a 140°
flyboom.
Same payload
Despite the increase in
engine weight on the Euro
6 vehicles, the leftover
payload remains on the
same level as before.
New control panels
Rounding out the extensive
list of product upgrades, the
ETL series now has the new
control panel (next page).

Similar to the ETL series, the
ETM series has also been
upgraded with;
Extra cage capacity
The upgraded ETM features
a greater rotation bearing, a
reinforced outer boom and
a lighter cage resulting in
an increase in the max cage
capacity to 265 kg.
The chassis mounted ETM
series features a wider
outrigger spread to support
the extra capacity.
The increase in cage
capacity is available on
all ETM units with the FPC
control system.
Safer emergency operation
Similar to the upgrade to
the ETL series, the valves on
ETM units are now located
at the pedestal at ground
level for easier and safer
emergency operations with
no ladder requirement.
New control panels
Finally, the ETM series also
has the new control panel.
