A revolutionary midsole construction that provides 

on-demand pronation control and adapts to the 

changing trail surface. Soft cushioning on the lateral (heelstrike) side smoothly

the rate of pronation for each individual footstrike.

Net 30. Accounts that are approved for credit 

will be shipped to the limit assigned by Montrail. 

pRESEASON TERmS 

For preseason terms contact Montrail or your 

local sales representative. 

CONDiTiONS 

All orders are subject to credit approval and 

acceptance by Montrail. 

Order date is determined by the postmark date 

or date the order is received by Montrail or its 

representative. 

Adjustments to preseason orders must be made 

20 days in advance of ship date. Adjustments 

that reduce the original dollar value by greater 

than 15% will result in the loss of preseason terms. 

Montrail reserves the right to ship orders up to 15 

days in advance of the requested ship date. 

Back orders will be cancelled automatically after 

30 days unless notified by dealer. 

Orders not released after 15 days past requested 

ship date will be cancelled for all accounts with 

past due balances. 

Terms are effective from the date of invoice. 

Discount eligibility and payment due are 

determined by the postmark date. Discounts 

are extended to merchandise only and not to 

shipping and handling. 

ShippiNG 

All shipments are F.O.B. Collect. All claims and 

discrepancies must be reported within 14 days 

of receipt of merchandise.

locations subject to approval to carry Montrail 

products. Montrail will not open any existing 

or web oriented retailer without written 

approval of site content, logo use, reproduction 

of copyrighted materials, and photographs. 

Authorized Dealer may not attempt to resell 

Montrail product via auction websites such as 

“eBay” or any similar website. Contact your local 

sales representative for the comprehensive

RETURNS 

No merchandise may be returned to Montrail 

without a return authorization and approval. 

Returns must have the return authorization 

marked clearly on the outside of the shipment. 

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, 

must have complete packaging, and be free of 

any store markings or stickers. 

miNimUm pURChASES 

Accounts with annual purchases of less than 

$2,000.00 per location may be closed at the 

discretion of Montrail. 

pAST DUE ACCOUNTS 

Montrail will not ship to past due accounts. 

A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be 

assessed for all past due invoices. Buyer agrees 

to pay the full costs associated with the collection 

of past due accounts. Orders not released after 15 

days past requested ship date will be cancelled 

for all accounts with past due balances. 

DiSCLAimER 

In no event will Montrail be responsible for lost 

profits, loss of use, or other indirect, incidental, 

or consequential damages of any sort. Montrail’s 

sole and exclusive obligation, and dealer’s 

exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, will be 

repair or replacement of the subject product(s). 

In no event will Montrail’s liability to dealer 

based upon any claim or legal theory, whether 

tort, contract, product liability, contribution, 

indemnity, or otherwise, exceed the purchase 

price of the subject product(s). 

Any legal action against Montrail must be 

commenced within 1 year after the cause of 

action has occurred. 

TERmiNATiON 

Montrail may terminate any dealer on 30 days’ 

written notice, or upon any breach of these terms 

and conditions.
