AMAZON MENTORSHIP<br />
FOR BVRITH STUDENTS<br />

BVRIT Narsapur congratulates Mr A. Mani Tejan Reddy, Mr. B. Koushik Reddy and Miss<br />
Y.Durga Bhavana of IV IT for achieving “Best Innovative Project” award in “Project Expo”<br />
organised by JNTUH on 2nd July 2016 for their developed product “Snore Controller”,<br />
which was guided and certified by Dr. Dileep Kumar(Gen<strong>era</strong>l Physician), Dr.<br />
Chandrashekar (Cardiologist) and Dr. Prasad Reddy(Neurologist). This product comprises<br />
of both IoT and Android App, which activates the air pump that pumps air into the air bag<br />
placed below the pillow. Android App helps to monitor the health status of the person.<br />

members have visited BVRITH with<br />
a proposal to select BVRITH<br />
students for its mentorship<br />
program. They are doing it for the<br />
first time and looking to take<br />
students from only two colleges<br />
and BVRITH is one among them.<br />
This follows the success of<br />
Microsoft mentorship program,<br />
wherein 10-15 students from<br />
college are selected every year for<br />
mentorship program by their senior<br />
leaders at Microsoft campus.<br />
Amazon team int<strong>era</strong>cted with all Third year students and<br />
explained all about Amazon, prospects of working with<br />
Amazon and proposed mentorship program. Few students<br />
have explained to them about their specific achievements<br />
which they did over and above regular academic program.<br />
Amazon will be shortly conducting a test to select 20<br />
students from the college for the Mentorship program.<br />
Selected students will undergo 4 sessions of mentorship by<br />
the leaders of Amazon. After completing the mentorship,<br />
students will be assessed again and some of them will be<br />
offered Internship at Amazon.<br />

forward to provide Mentorship opportunity to BVRITH<br />
students. Mr.Satish Chandra (Director-IR), HODs and<br />
Placement Team members were part of the int<strong>era</strong>ctions<br />
