variety of courses both at venues and in salon. This involves liaising

We are constantly trying out new products and working with 

our brand team to bring you the newest innovations in product 

development and treatments…Lou has just finished working on 

developing the new ORLY Luxury Pedicure routine on page 8!

We have a weekly meeting to decide what offers and training 

courses we are going to send out to our college partners and how 

we can help develop the students further.

We have a retail shop here at Grafton’s which is open to our staff

is in charge of running this retail space making sure we have all the 

latest products for us all to enjoy. 

3PM General Enquiries and Troubleshooting 

We answer a huge number of phone calls and emails from both our 

accounts and members of the general public who are interested in

Concept 

We offer a centre of wellbeing where our focus is to relax 

the mind, tone the body and lift the spirits. As well as a wide 

range of beauty treatments we have a hair salon, fitness 

studio and ladies -only gym. 

Location 

Located in Bourne, Lincolnshire, the salon has been running 

for 10 years - our premises was formally a pub! 

Salon Team 

The salon employs a team of 8. We also have specialist 

clinic which is used regularly by our Osteopath, Podiatrist, 

Aesthetic Nurse, Semi Permanent Make Up Artist and 

Acupuncture Doctor.

What do you like best about nailtiques? 

Seeing the thrill on the ladies faces when they find how nailtiques 

can actually give them the healthy nails they desire.

The Kneipp range is very popular with our customers and it is 

a great way to supplement a massage with the combination of

We offer a range of beauty treatments. For nails and toes we offer 

manicure, pedicure and gel polish services. For the body and face 

we offer a range of services including massage, tanning, waxing, hair 

and make up.

top beauty tip? 

My top tip for Summer 

is using nailtiques Cuticle 

and Skin Gel for softening 

hard or cracked skin around 

the heels of the feet.

I survived without Gel 

Polish! I love a high shine 

on my nails and enjoy the 

freedom of not having to 

worry about anything I put 

my nails through in fear 

of chipping. My nails also 

feel super strong when I 

have a gel polish, almost 

indestructible!!!! I do 

occasionally get bored of the colour, but I simply change 

this up with a regular polish on top (yes - you can do this) 

if I really feel the need – largely I just appreciate my nails 

are always on point and ready to go. I’ll never go back to a 

polish……

long as normal polish, which is really great for people who 

may struggle to keep traditional polish chip-free.

Welcome Jo & Katie to the team 

Welcome Joanne McGovern, Grafton International Educator 

Joanne has been in the beauty industry for 13 years, working as a therapist in salons 

as well as owning her own business. Most recently Jo worked for Lash Perfect as a 

Trainer in addition to working at her own salon in her spare time. Jo is trained in all 

areas of beauty from nails and waxing to lashes and semi-permanent make up. 

Commenting on her new role, Jo enthuses “I’m looking forward to the challenge 

of a varied role and with my passion for all areas of beauty I can’t wait to share 

my knowledge with our students. Having specialised in lashes, I’m excited to be 

educating across other beauty brands, expanding my skills and meeting new people.” 

Welcome Katie Hawes, Area Sales Manager for the South 

Katie has been in the beauty industry for over 13 years, managing salons and 

spas as well as owning her own business. She brings a wealth of experience with 

her from previous roles managing key accounts for Ellison’s, Elemis and Margaret 

Dabbs. 

Commenting on her new role, “I have a passion for beauty and I can’t wait to share 

this with my new customers. I’m looking forward to managing and developing my
