REGIONAL HEAD: HUMAN RESOURCES<br />

Limpopo/Mpumalanga/North West Region: Regional Office (Ref: Int/7/2)<br />

Salary: An all inclusive package of R732 567 per annum<br />

Requirements: Recognized 3-year degree/diploma in Human Resource Management<br />

with at least 6 years hands-on experience in a unionised environment. Furthermore,<br />

the position requires at least 4 years HR management experience at<br />

middle management level. Valid Driver’s Licence. Above-average computer literacy.<br />

Responsibilities: Through the HR team in the region, coordinate implementation,<br />

and monitor provision of a comprehensive Human Resource service to the region<br />

to ensure compliance with DCS HR strategy, business plan, policies and procedures.<br />

Facilitate compliance with relevant and applicable legislation. Direct and<br />

manage end-to-end HR products and services for the region. Deliver HR solutions<br />

that are value-adding to the region. Ensure continuous collaboration and partnership<br />

with leadership team within the region. Maintain sound union/management relations.<br />

Monitor Industrial Relations and provide appropriate advice to line and operations<br />

management to promote sound labour relations environment. Ensure<br />

submission of timeous and accurate management information on all HR matters in<br />

the region as and when required. Coordinate and monitor implementation of the Integrated<br />

Employee Health and Wellness programme and manage workforce representation<br />

in line with the Employment Equity Plan and accelerate the empowerment<br />

of women and people with disabilities to achieve substantive equality.<br />
