Registrar's Message
With the unstinting support, trust and confidence posed by
stakeholders, the university is rapidly marching ahead towards
achieving its goal of providing world class education. All this has been
made possible by constantly asking how systems could be made more
efficient and effective to meet the rising aspirations of the stakeholders.
Each one in the university has contributed immensely in this process of
learning and accomplishment. The desire to accomplish, the conviction
to succeed, the dedication to stay focused and discipline to put in hard
work has been the philosophy that propelled us in this endeavour.
Last four years of phenomenal growth in terms of students' enrollment,
expansion, diversity and richness of academic programs, academic
collaborations, industry-university linkages, research publications and
creation of infrastructure & support facilities requires us to further
strengthen governance, academics and community outreach
initiatives. The immediate priority would be to complete the process of
laying down performance parameters and their evaluation process to
bring transparency and accountability in the system.
We are confident that the multidisciplinary approach adopted in our
curriculum, focus on experiential learning, leveraging ICT for better
delivery of education, promotion of outbound activities for behavioural
changes and sports as integral component of the learning process is
going to help the students in enhancing their capability and
competence.
Academic ambience, the competence of faculty and the systems
through which the academic programs are designed and delivered form
the soul of any university. Though the soul is neither seen, nor visible,
yet it can be felt and experienced. I invite you to be a part of Teerthanker
