About the Author 


Laura Warnke began her spiritual journey around 2008. Before that she was pretty normal by most 

people's standards, going about her life with little to no spiritual awareness, like many others. Early in 

2008, she experienced something that she came to find out was a “dark night of the soul” or something 

close to that. It was a particularly tough period of time until she was able to start listening to her Spirit 

Guides and Angels and learned to trust their messages. 

Enjoying connecting with others on a similar path, Laura launched her blog, Intuitive Journal in 

November 2009. She felt particularly guided to share what she had learned with others and wanted to 

build a community of others that had gone through similar healing experiences. 

Laura has now become a certified Level III Soul Realignment practitioner and has also completed 

intuitive training by Slade Roberson of Automatic Intuition. She has also completed Level I & II Usui 

Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. 

My Thoughts 

Many people have the impression that you have to be born psychic in order to talk to your spirit guides 

and higher self. It may seem that only a select few are given that ability. My view is that everyone is 

born possessing these abilities, but for most they have become disconnected and taught not to believe 

in “that psychic stuff”. Instilling fear in people can be a great deterrent to reconnecting with your higher 

self and guides. 

I built this website, Intuitive Journal because I have gone through my life up to this point believing I had 

none of these special abilities, up until a few years ago. I wanted to share with you some of the things I 

have experimented with and learned a great deal from, including guided meditation, pendulum 

dowsing, automatic writing, psychic abilities, tarot cards, spirituality, numerology, and more. 

Around that same timeframe, I also started seeing repeating number patterns, like 333, 444, and 11:11. 

My spirit guides were definitely trying to tell me something, and I had better sit up and take notice. 

My guess is if you are here reading this, you also have an interest in learning more information on 

accessing your intuition and learning about the repeating numbers that follow you through life. I have 

always had an interest in these topics, from a rather young age, but up until these past few years I have 

not explored it in much depth, until now. 

Learning to access your intuition is quite a powerful path to travel, and can lead to less roadblocks in 

your life and being generally happier as a result.

Below are my personal interpretations of what these number patterns mean to me. Since numbers are 

universal and each has their own vibration, I hope that they may also give you some guidance for your 

own life. 

To those of you who are not quite “there yet”, I believe that everyone chooses to accept or not accept 

their reality of what the repeating numbers mean to them. We are all on a different path and have a 

different timeframe. So if you read this e‐book and it does not resonate with you, that is perfectly fine. 

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter and easily go back to your regularly scheduled life and dismiss 

the numbers. � 

Just a word before we get started…It really is impossible to have a one size fits all definition of a certain 

repeating number. These numbers can be viewed from a spiritual, Biblical, numerological, or from a 

random perspective, and probably a few other perspectives that I haven’t discovered yet! 

I have done a lot of searching about the specific meanings of the numbers and have attempted to 

integrate that with what I have personally experienced in my thought and actions.

Why do I see repeating numbers? 

Your spirit guides and angels are trying to get your attention and repeating numbers help to point you in 

the right direction for the questions you are asking. They are also referred to as Angel numbers. 

Seeing any repeating number is a sign that there is a current issue in your life and the numbers are a sign 

to get you to pay attention. It is a persons’ subconscious trying to make them aware of something 

consciously. 

What messages are my guides trying to send me? 

Each number has a different message. The meanings could be slightly different for each person. There is 

no definitive guide. Please do realize that not everyone interprets these repeating numbers to mean the 

same thing. I have noticed some overlap in explanations, but it really comes down to an individual 

perspective and what you believe it to mean in your life. There are some commonalities, though. 

It is especially helpful to read the meanings others have found when you first start seeing repeating 

patterns of numbers, as it will give you a good place to start. From there you can add your own 

interpretations so that the numbers can become useful in your life. 

Repeating Number Meanings 

I have provided brief summaries of each of the repeating numbers. Following that is a more detailed 

description of each of the number meanings. 

1111 ‐ A conscious spiritual journey and wake‐up call for light workers. It is a way to help you 

remember your purpose in life. A way of remembering a message you created for yourself before you 

were born. 

111 ‐ Truth, your real self, follow this thought, it is the beginning of a new path aligned with your soul's 

purpose. This is a time to realize you need to break away from the old thought patterns and ways of 

thinking and realign with the truth and your path in this lifetime. 

222 ‐ The next step in the ladder, confirmation that your thoughts are aligned with truth and you should 

proceed with that thought. 

333 ‐ Feel the Angel’s presence surrounding you and know that you are loved and protected. It is a 

conscious reminder that Angels surround us every day and are waiting for you to ask for their assistance. 



444 ‐ A sign of confirmation that your recent thought or action was or is correct and in harmony with 

your path in life. It is a gateway to the next dimension and the next phase in your life. 

555 ‐ Changes are coming your way and be ready to forge ahead with your plans. Be absolutely clear 

about what you want. Do not be afraid of changes in your life, welcome them instead. Although it may 

not seem like it, the change is for the better. Keep positive thoughts. 

666 ‐ Your material desires are overshadowing your personal path right now. Re‐evaluate what it is you 

think you want. Simplicity is key. You need less than you think you do to be happy. You may be asking 

the wrong questions of yourself. 

777 ‐ Calm any fears you may have about what you just thought. The angels are here to guide you and 

help you. Ask them for their strength and courage. You seem to be too concerned with the physical 

world at this moment. Let go and let your angels guide you. You are trying too hard to control things in 

your life. 

888 ‐ When you see this number there is flow in your life, like a beautiful energy is circulating around 

you. This is the sign of abundance, either in the form of money or in the form of friends and family. 

Duality, infinity, as above‐so below, an even exchange of energy for money, money is coming into your 

life, balance, a repeating cycle, abundance. 

999 ‐ This repeating number is about completion. It could mean to you the completion of a project, or a 

sign to move on to the next lesson of life as a current lesson has just been learned. The angels applaud 

you and look forward to helping you along your path. 

000 ‐ The cycle of life and thought starts anew. This seems to represent a brand new beginning in a 

plan, project or course of life. 

Since it seems like most people see 11:11 more than other repeating numbers, I will start with that 

explanation first. 

1111 and 11:11 

Do you keep seeing repeating number sequences like 11:11? I do, and I have for some time. It was quite 

puzzling to me in the beginning, but also fascinating, so I began to do some digging via the search 

engines and in books to find out as much as I could about this strange phenomena regarding the 11:11 

time prompt. 

Pay attention to the feeling you have when you see 11′s or double 11′s. You may begin to realize the 

significance behind the numbers in your life, others just dismiss it. If you pause momentarily every time 

you see 11′s then they most likely do mean something to you and you might want to start to pay more 

attention to what you were thinking about when you saw the numbers. 



So why are You Seeing These Numbers? 

Ah, the $100,000 question! It seems to be the burning question on everyone's mind these days. There 

are literally dozens of possible interpretations of why you are seeing these numbers or symbols. I 

personally think it is quite an individualized message. 

Many theories I have read seem to think it is a sign of something bigger than all of us together. It may 

just be divine intervention telling you it is time to wake up from your lifelong nap and discover a new 

perspective on your reality and truth. 

It could also be a sign from your angels and spirit guides that they are trying to communicate to you. No 

one seems to have a definitive answer, at least not at this point in time. 

Here is a brief list of possible ideas and theories that I have ran across:

I think to me seeing all these numbers means that it is a validation of my thoughts and I should pursue 

them and that they are on track with my highest path and purpose. I saw 11:11 2‐3 times a day when I 

was building up the courage to leave my day job and become self‐employed. Even after, I see 11:11 at 

least once a day and use it as a sign of confirmation. 

So, yes I believe that 1111 is a wake‐up call to action. Also, I do not feel I am alone in this conscious 

spiritual journey, and neither are you. 

111 

Truth, your real self, follow this thought, it is the beginning of a new path aligned with your soul's 

purpose. This is a time to realize you need to break away from the old thought patterns and ways of 

thinking and realign with the truth and your path in this lifetime. Keep following this train of thought. 

222 

Not too long ago while driving to work I saw 222 twice and 2222 once during a 13 minute drive. Going to 

lunch that same day I saw 222 again on my car clock. In fact, I have been seeing the repeating numbers 

222 almost daily for the past two years. 

I decided to use automatic writing to communicate with my spirit guides and angels and see what they 

had to say about these numbers. The questions in bold are what I asked in regards to my own questions 

and I also asked questions I expect others would like to know the answers to, followed by answers given 

from my guides. 

Why do I see the repeating numbers 222 and 2222? 

The general meaning of 222 is letting you know that there is a shifting of the grid and also of your 

thoughts. Follow those thoughts, for they are in your best interest for completing your life's purpose. 

Your thoughts are aligned with the truth. This is verification from the angels that those thoughts are 

correct. For example, if you have thought about quitting your job and are daydreaming about what you 

would really prefer to do instead, you will receive 222 as confirmation of the ideas you had that are 

aligned with your soul's purpose in this lifetime. It is confirmation that your recent thoughts are on the 

right path and that you should take the next step. 


What is the meaning of 2222? 


It signals a time of change on your path. It means a new beginning, a breath of fresh air. If you are seeing 

repeating numbers, consider yourself fortunate to have realized that you do. Let the numbers be your 

physical connection that the angels do indeed have messages for you if you are willing to listen and pay 

attention. 

Why have I only started seeing these numbers? 

In the past, you were so enamored with the physical plane that you consciously closed out that part of 

you and considered yourself separate from others. Realize dear one that we are all one and to let 

yourself get wrapped up in the physical and material here on earth will only separate you more from the 

divine and from truth. We are all one. 

What do I need to do if I have seen these repeating numbers? 

Listen to your heart. It will guide you on the path of truth. The more often you follow your heart's 

desires, the happier you will be as will the people of Earth as well. There are no extra people in this 

world. Everyone has a purpose and a calling. 

As angels, we can only help you if you ask for our assistance. We cannot violate free will. We are 

however waiting for the opportunity to connect with you. Please do not be afraid of the angels. We 

want you to have abundance. We want to help you reach your desires and dreams. Ask for our 

assistance and we will be there to guide you. 

222 is the symbol of new beginnings, the next step in the ladder. Just as nature cleanses the air and 

earth with rain, 222 symbolizes fresh air breathed into your day to day routine. It brings a renewed 

sense of vigor and lust for new opportunities. Take the daydreams and wishes that make your heart 

smile and start taking action toward making them a reality. 

333 

What is the Spiritual Meaning of 333? 

It is a sign that the angels signify their agreement to your thoughts. It means truth and is a sign of the 

Trinity. Mind, body, and spirit. Three becoming one. Angels love, protect, and surround you and the 

union is complete. Angels are in your midst. 

Think of 333 as an equilateral triangle, with each of the sides and points being equal. It is the numerical 

representation of truth. Not just in right and wrong, but as Truth. 



As each number has its own energetic vibration, you have an attachment to the energy in which this 

number vibrates. The number has been embedded into your subconscious, most likely before you 

incarnated in this lifetime and is there to help you see what Truth really is. 

The meaning of 333 is a union of mind body and spirit. It signifies truth and that we are all one. All things 

are equal. If any one of the sides of the triangle is lopsided, you will not be able to come to your true 

potential as a human being. Envision yourself in the middle of that triangle. Taking care of the mind is as 

important as taking care of the body and also the spirit. 

Seeing 333 is a notice to you that you need to work more on balancing the whole. That you are 

concentrating too much on only one side of the triangle. What is truth? Truth is being whole, equaling 

one, balance, harmony. 

What should someone do if they see 333 repeatedly? 

It is time to realize that one does affect the other. Your thoughts affect your cellular body. Your spirit 

affects your physical body and also your logical side. When you are too concentrated in thinking 

negative thoughts, those impressions leave a mark on your cellular body and damage the spirit as well. 

We are all One. All humans on this earth are one. Once fear and ego are set aside, realize that we are 

cut from the same cloth. It is a union, to become whole, as one. 

In seeing 333, your guides and angels are sending a gentle reminder to you so that you can see and 

understand that. It is a reminder to regain control over all 3 areas of your being. Only you have that 

ability, your angels cannot do it for you. You may of course ask for their assistance anytime you wish, 

but you must see that it is up to you to make the decision to bring the pieces together to form an equal 

whole. 

It also means that your angels are with you and is a sign of confirmation from the angels. It is aligned 

with divine truth, light, and love. 

What does this mean in practical terms? 

Ask your body what it needs? Nourishing food, exercise, or rest? 

Ask you mind what it needs? Does it need emotional healing or forgiveness? 

Ask you spirit what it needs? Are you giving your power away? 

Begin making changes that bring things into balance. It is an opportunity for you to connect with your 

angels and that your mind, body, and spirit are in agreement with your Soul's evolution. When numbers 

begin to repeat themselves, it is a sign to reconnect with your soul, that you are on purpose in life and to 

be mindful of new opportunities that cross your path. 


444 


The spiritual meaning of 444 is one of many repeating numbers designed to get your attention and serve 

as a wake‐up call from your spiritual guides. 

444 is a very powerful number. It means that your angels are by your side and want the very best for 

you. They are asking that you pay attention very carefully to the signs that you see around you. 

This may come in the form of a music song on the radio, an Earth angel saying a specific phrase to you at 

just the right moment, or seeing certain numbers or words on a license plate or road sign. 

The angels will use whatever way you prefer to get your attention. They ask that you just tell them 

which manner of communication works better for you. It may also be seeing certain animals such as a 

rabbit or a bird repeatedly, such as a cardinal to acknowledge that you are indeed heard by the angels 

and they are giving you guidance in your everyday life through your thoughts and daydreams. 

The number 444 itself refers to an angelic presence surrounding you and taking comfort in the 

protection afforded you from the angels. Your angels are always near you, all you have to do is reach out 

to them with a thought, a thank you, or a wish or a prayer. No message goes unheard. You just may not 

get the answer in the form you expect. 

Each number has its own frequency, and as you understand more about the main numbers, your guides 

and angels will start to show you other repeating number patterns that have more specific meanings to 

your day to day activities and immediate thoughts. 

To me personally when I see 444, it feels like the angels have my back and are there, present, protecting 

you, either from danger or from your own fearful thoughts. It is quite comforting. 

555 

Seeing any repeating number is a sign that there is a current issue in your life and the numbers are a sign 

to get you to pay attention. It is a persons’ subconscious trying to make them aware of something 

consciously. 

Please do not think that seeing a particular number is "bad" or "good". The Universe sends you different 

messages at different times, each having a separate vibrational frequency. It does not mean you are any 

more evolved or conscious than another. These numbers are triggers, more than anything, to help you 

remember your life purpose and connection to Source. 

The energy of 555 sweeps and flows like the tides of the universe. It is the ever constant change that 

prepares us for the next new thing. You are seeing the repeating number 555 as a way to remember 



what you were put on this earth to do. You are all healers of one type or another. You are needed to 

usher in the new wave of energies. Seeing 555 is point of remembrance of this change. 

When you are vibrationally aligned with this change, you will see 555. There is nothing bad or good 

about seeing this number, it is really a small help to you to assist you in remembering your purpose, as 

all numbers are. It is correct that all numbers carry their own vibrational energies. Once you learn about 

the most notable ones, you will begin to see others. 

Do not be upset by seeing any of these repeating numbers. When you see numbers like this it is 

important to remember to keep your thoughts positive and not let yourself get frightened by them. 

Feel the fear and have the courage to step into the power of change. You may wonder what types of 

changes, such as global, local or personal. I don't think you can really distinguish between the types of 

changes. It is all the same, just packaged a bit differently. 

When you begin seeing the repeating number of 555 it carries with it the energy of change. I know you 

may interpret change as a bad thing, but change is neither good nor bad, it is just change. You are 

vibrationally capable of sensing and feeling and noticing the change. Your angels offer this number to 

you as a vehicle to recognize important signs in your life. 

It is an additional piece of assistance to help in your communications with your guides and angels. Just 

by being aware of the repeating number 555, you are embracing change. Please know that your guides 

and angels are there for you, helping you. The more aware you are of your angels, the greater amount 

of communication they can have with you. 

666 

This is perhaps one of the more famous repeating numbers and has many varied meanings depending 

on what type of Religious study you subscribe to. This really is my own personal interpretation of how I 

feel or react when I see the number, so take from it what meaning you will. 

Your material desires are overshadowing your personal path right now. Re‐evaluate what it is you think 

you want. Simplicity is the key. You need less than you think you do to be happy. You may be asking the 

wrong questions of yourself. 

This number seems to be about course correcting and re‐evaluating what you think you know to be true. 

Seek the real Truth and question your assumptions. Sometimes too much of a good thing is not a good 

thing. 

777 



Calm any fears you may have about what you just thought. The angels are here to guide you and help 

you. Ask them for their strength and courage. You seem to be too concerned with the physical world at 

this moment. Let go and let your angels guide you. You are trying too hard to control things in your life. 

Allow your inner guidance system to alleviate the fears you have, take a deep breath and know that you 

are surrounded with love from your Spirit Guides and Angels. Release your fears to the Universe and 

then say thank you. 

The energy of 777 is like a big hug from the Universe. It is there to reassure you that we understand your 

fears and concerns. Your guides are sending you a message that it is okay to let the fear go and release it 

to your guides and Angels for healing. 

888 

Money, balance, and abundance! For me when I see 888, I know money and abundance are soon to 

appear in my life, especially if I see the repeating number 2 or 3 times in short order. Usually within 

about 24 hours of seeing those numbers, I will get an order for something or I will receive money either 

in person or in the mail. 

To me it is a sign that I am energetically vibrating at a high enough level and that my vibrations match 

the amount of money I have previously asked my spirit guides to bring to me. I think the energy of 888 is 

about balance. When your thoughts and actions are balanced and in alignment, money will come into 

your life is the result of that. 

888 comes to you as an indication that your thoughts and actions are in harmony with each other. That 

number is about balance and the results of creating in the physical world. It is quite a harmonious 

number as the two circles come together forming a never ending loop. 

As you can see when placed on its side it becomes the sign of infinity. Imagine the flow of energy, in and 

out circling around and around. It is the flow of energy throughout the universe. It is a beautiful sight. 

What you need to know about this number is that there is no end or beginning, just a constant cycle and 

flow. 

It is like synergy and the melding of the spiritual and the physical. Once you have reached a vibration to 

be able to see this number, manifesting what you want becomes much easier. At this point you have 

gotten rid of many of your fears and are able to see the Truth for what it is, a never ending cycle of 

beauty, form, and function. 

Seeing this repeating number may come and go, as new fears are constantly being realized, throwing 

you out of alignment with its vibration. Once you course correct, you will be able again to realize the 

true energy of this number. It is a signal that you have made progress in your path of growth. 


999 


This repeating number is about completion. It could mean to you the completion of a project, or a sign 

to move on to the next lesson of life as a current lesson has just been learned. The angels applaud you 

and look forward to helping you along your path. 

It is a culmination of what has come before this. You could think of it as the final step before venturing 

on something new. 999 is an indication a major part of your life is wrapping up and you should take any 

necessary steps to finish the tasks at hand. It is time to move on with another aspect of your life’s 

purpose. 

000 

The cycle of life and thought starts anew. This seems to represent a brand new beginning in a plan, 

project or course of life. It is a time of giving birth to something new, or beginning a new phase of your 

life, whether it is a new home, marriage, a baby or a new project that is just getting off the ground. 

New beginnings are coming into your life in the form of ideas, partnerships, or opportunities. Start to 

formulate the plans that will lead to those new opportunities.
