Fundamentals and Applications of

Ionic Liquids

DTU Aqua. Applications are invited for a position as full

professor in environmental impact on fish stock recruitment

and dynamics. The professor should actively contribute

to enhancing the scientific understanding of

past, present and future dynamics of ecologically and

economically important fish stocks to enhance our

capacity to predict stock dynamics and manage these

stocks in a sustainable manner also under environmental

and climate change.

DTU Systems Biology. Applications are invited for a

professorship in Fermentation Physiology and Metabolic

Engineering. The professor will study and develop

cells and cell factories in a large academic, biotechnological

and bioinformatics research environment,

equipped with state-of-the-art platforms for smallscale

fermentation and metabolomics.

DTU Chemistry. The position will be associated with

the Center for Catalysis and Sustainable Chemistry

within the Department of Chemistry. The focus of the

position is to investigate the fundamental thermo

physical and catalytic properties of ionic liquids and to

explore how these properties can make ionic liquids

useful in various industrial applications. The professor

is expected to develop these areas of ionic liquid

chemistry and technology.
