Eft<strong>er</strong> at Konkurrence- og Forbrug<strong>er</strong>styrelsen har godkendt <strong>køb</strong>et, kan de to virksomhed<strong>er</strong><br />
påbegynde integrationsprocessen og træde ind på det danske marked for udlejning <strong>af</strong> grej til<br />
bygge- og anlægsbranchen som én samlet enhed. Op<strong>køb</strong>et gør <strong>Zeppelin</strong> Rental i Danmark til den<br />
tredjestørste udlejningsvirksomhed.<br />

Lasse Ludvigsen suppl<strong>er</strong>es <strong>af</strong> <strong>CP</strong>'s COO, Pet<strong>er</strong> Jakobsen, og Julie Bruun forlad<strong>er</strong> virksomheden på<br />
grund <strong>af</strong> barsel. De seneste 10 år har hun ejet og ledet <strong>CP</strong> <strong>ApS</strong>, som blev grundlagt i 1986 <strong>af</strong><br />
hendes far, Georg Bruun.<br />
Nu går det nye <strong>CP</strong> & <strong>Zeppelin</strong> Rental i gang med en integrationsproces, d<strong>er</strong> omfatt<strong>er</strong> alt fra<br />
process<strong>er</strong> og it-system<strong>er</strong> til rebranding. <strong>Zeppelin</strong> Rental Denmarks nuværende forretning<br />
integr<strong>er</strong>es i <strong>CP</strong>'s udlejningsaktivitet<strong>er</strong>.<br />
"En <strong>af</strong> de vigtigste opgav<strong>er</strong> <strong>er</strong> at samle medarbejd<strong>er</strong>ne i de to virksomhed<strong>er</strong>, så vi som enhed kan<br />
gå ud og vise markedet, hvad vi kan. I de kommende måned<strong>er</strong> skal vi lære hinanden at kende og<br />
få styr på formalitet<strong>er</strong>ne. På den måde får vi et solidt udgangspunkt for i fællesskab at kunne<br />

Udlejningsprogrammet omfatt<strong>er</strong> entreprenørmat<strong>er</strong>iel i alle størrels<strong>er</strong>, fuldt lift-program,<br />
teleskoplæss<strong>er</strong>e, arbejdsplatforme, mandskabs- og kontorfacilitet<strong>er</strong> til byggeplads<strong>er</strong>,<br />
byggepladsstrøm, -lys og -varme, byggepladsindretning og -drift, lag<strong>er</strong>contain<strong>er</strong>e samt<br />
pavillon<strong>er</strong>.<br />

Aftalen blev annonc<strong>er</strong>et den 12. april 2023. Fremov<strong>er</strong> vil udlejningsvirksomheden <strong>Zeppelin</strong> og<br />
<strong>CP</strong> have i alt 170 medarbejd<strong>er</strong>e. <strong>CP</strong> <strong>ApS</strong> bliv<strong>er</strong> et datt<strong>er</strong>selskab <strong>af</strong> <strong>Zeppelin</strong> Danmark A/S.<br />
