auen mit esprit BUILDING WITH ESPRIT
Für Esprit, der internationalen Lifestyle-Marke für bezahlbare
Mode und Luxus, errichtete die Franzen Industrie-
und gewerbebau in ratingen ein neues Factory
Outlet mit 8.800 qm Brutto-Geschossfläche.
im august 2012 wurde der überwiegend in konventioneller
Bauweise erstellte Komplex fertiggestellt. Das
outlet gliedert sich in drei ebenen: eine parkebene,
eine Verkaufs- und Lagerebene sowie eine Verwaltungs-
und technikebene.
die außenfassade des outlet Centers wurde als wärmegedämmte,
durch Fensterbänder bzw. großflächige
pfosten- und riegelfassadenbereiche aufgeteilte metallfassade
ausgeführt. Die Dachfläche des Gebäudes ist
als extensiv begrüntes Flachdach mit Trapezblechtragschale
ausgebildet. zur ausreichenden tageslichtversorgung
sind dachoberlichter eingebaut.
markant: der über 40 m hohe, aus stahl konstruier te
Werbe- und signalturm mit wahrhafter Fern signalwirkung.
BAuEN MiT EsPRiT
The Franzen Industrie- und Gewerbebau in Ratingen
erected a new factory outlet with 8,800 sq. m gross
floor area for Esprit, the international lifestyle brand
that offers afordable fashion and luxuries.
In August 2012, the mainly conventionally constructed
complex was finished. The outlet is divided into three
floors: a parking floor, a sales and storage floor, and an
administration and technical floor.
The outlet centre’s outer façade was built as
weatheris ed metal façade segmented by ribbon windows
and large post and crossbeam façade areas, respectively.
The building’s roof area has been designed
as an extensively greened flat roof with trapezoidal
sheet metal supporting deck. For a sufficient supply of
daylight, skylights have been integrated.
Distinctive: The over 40 metres high advertising and
signal tower made of steel with truly long-distance
sig nal effect.
