DELODUR ® Design ist ein bedrucktes Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglas nach DIN EN
12150-2. Durch seine thermische Behandlung ist es besonders widerstandsfähig gegen
mechanische Belastungen. Und es sieht so aus, wie Sie es wünschen. Denn wir bedrucken
es mit dem Design Ihrer Wahl.

Für die Bedruckung nutzen wir neueste Digital- und Siebdruckverfahren, die eine
optimale Realisierung Ihrer Design- und Motivwünsche ermöglichen. Bei beiden
Verfahren werden keramische Farben durch den anschließenden Vorspannprozess mit
der Glasoberfläche verschmolzen. Dadurch erhält der Farbauftrag eine hohe Resistenz
gegen äußere Einflüsse und eine beeindruckende, lang anhaltende Farbbrillanz. Beim
Siebdruckverfahren, das sich hervorragend für die Serienherstellung eignet, wird
die Farbe durch ein engmaschiges Sieb mit einer Rakel auf die Glasoberfläche gedruckt.
Mehrfarbendrucke mit bis zu vier übereinandergedruckten Farben sind möglich. Beim
Digitaldruck werden keramische Farben direkt auf das Glas aufgetragen. Auf der Basis
Ihrer digitalen Vorlage lassen sich so mit DELODUR ® Design GlassJet vielfältigste
Designs und Fotomotive auf Glas realisieren. Weltweit ist nur noch eine weitere Druckanlage
in Betrieb, die Fertigungsmaße bewältigt wie unser GlassJet.

DELODUR ® Design is a printed, toughened safety glass that conforms to DIN EN
12150-2. Thanks to the thermal treatment, it is especially resistant to mechanical loads.
And it looks just the way you want it to because we print your selected design onto it.
We employ latest digital and screen printing processes that enable the optimal
achievement of your desired design and motif. Both processes utilize ceramic inks that
are fused to the surface of the glass in a subsequent tempering process. The applied ink
thereby acquires a high resistance to external influences and an impressive long-lasting
colour brilliance. In the case of the screen printing process, which is excellently suited to
series production, the ink is applied to the surface of the glass by means of a fine-mesh
screen. This process allows multi-colour printing with up to four overprinted colours.
With digital printing, the ceramic inks are applied directly to the glass. Based on your
digital template a wide variety of designs and photographic images can be implemented
on glass with DELODUR® Design GlassJet. There is only one further printing system
operating worldwide that is able to handle manufacturing dimensions like our GlassJet.
Which of these two options is the most suitable for your particular needs depends on the
job size, application and the desired colours. We would be only too happy to discuss your
