He first injected the drug and I had no
feeling there any more. Then he started
to drill my wisdom tooth in the
upper right corner. It took more than
1 h and I was extremely painful. I cried
and cried silently during the drilling
because it took such a long time. After
the drilling, he filled the better material
inside and it took another half an
hour to fix it.
I was quite exhausted after the little
“operation” and he said I should come
over again to do another three teeth.
I went back home and it hurt so much
when I started to talk and bite. Also my
half face swelled and was extremely
painful. I asked my sister who had lots
of experience in dentist-things. She
was shocked that it took so long to
drill only one tooth and told me that
it normally takes maximum 5 min.
Helplessly, I had a sleepless night. The
next day, I went to the clinic again and
explained to them about the pain on
my tooth and my face. They helped
me change the dentist into the boss
of the dentist clinic. He looked at my
teeth and told me the material on the
drilled tooth was too big. It only took
about 1 min for him to fix my tooth
and it wasn’t painful at all. He told
me the pain on my face was caused
by the unsuccessful injection and my
face was bleeding inside. I asked him
about the other three wisdom teeth.
He looked at them carefully and just
told me “they’re absolutely FINE”.
After the talk with the old dentist, I
became quite angry about the handsome
dentist. Why did he tell me that
my teeth needed to be drilled when
they were fine actually? Did he want
to earn more money from me? He really
needed more practice in the university
and I doubt how he got his certificate.
Also his profession shouldn’t
be dentist but a model. With all the
questions in my mind, I googled his
name and found out he’s not actually
a dentist! He has no dentist title!
During the next two month, I regretted
every day that I didn’t think twice
before he drilled my tooth. I really
miss the time when I had all my natural
teeth and my un-swollen face.
Although the dentist in England was
expensive, they didn’t drill any of my
healthy teeth. After this experience,
all my fancies about German dentists
were gone. I deeply noticed how I
miss the expensive dentists in England
and how good they are.
