badly in 1995 and Mr. Huemer
bought the company.

for the company? For 10
years, in the automotive industry
for nearly 17 years.
Which are the main responsibilities
of your position?
To ensure that developments,
tools and products are done
with the correct technical equipment
to the right costs.
Which expectations did you
have regarding the future?
To win our customers as reliable
partners and to obtain a development
of the POLYTEC
GROUP. Personal development
and increasing the technical

schlecht und Herr Huemer hat
diese Firma gekauft.

Firma? Seit 10 Jahren, in der
Autoindustrie seit fast 17 Jahren.
Welche Funktionen und welche
Hauptaufgaben beinhalten Ihre
Position? Dafür zu sorgen, dass
Entwicklungen, Werkzeuge und
Produkte mit der richtigen technischen
Ausstattung zu den richtigen
Kosten hergestellt werden.

Unsere Kunden als verlässliche

The new Headquarters of
POLYTEC HOLDING AG in
Hörsching/Austria
Following the longish planning
phase it is now time, providing
of course that a building permit
is granted by the government,
to begin the construction of the
new three-storey headquarters
for POLYTEC HOLDING in
Hörsching.
Some facts:
• Office space: 2,620 m 2
• Investment: approx. 3 mio
Euros
• Construction begin: January
2006
• Construction completion:
September 2006
Over and above that, the facade
of the existing POLYTEC FOR
office building will be matched
to the new building, the old
and the new entrance connected,
and a new warehouse for
POLYTEC FOR will be built.
Work has already begun on a
new road which will ultimately
be the access road to the
POLYTEC HOLDING building.
With this company headquarters
the Group is setting a sign
for its significance as a global
supplier to the automotive
industry.
Die neue Zentrale der
POLYTEC HOLDING AG in
Hörsching/Österreich
Nach längerer Planungsphase
ist es nun soweit dass – vorausgesetzt
dem Erhalt der jeden
Tag erwarteten Baugenehmigung
durch die Behörde – mit
dem Bau der neuen dreistöckigen
POLYTEC HOLDING
Zentrale in Hörsching begonnen
werden kann.
Einige Daten dazu:
• Bürofläche: 2.620 m 2
• Investitionssumme:
ca. 3 Mio. Euro
• Baubeginn: Jänner 2006
• Fertigstellung:
September 2006
Darüber hinaus werden auch
noch die Fassaden des bestehenden
POLYTEC FOR Bürogebäudes
angepasst, der Eingangsbereich
alt und neu miteinander
verbunden und eine neue
Lagerhalle für die POLYTEC
FOR errichtet.
Mit einer neuen Straße, die
dann die Zufahrt zur Zentrale
der POLYTEC HOLDING darstellt,
wurde bereits begonnen.
Damit wird auch mit der Konzernzentrale
ein bewusstes Zeichen
der Präsenz als globaler
Zulieferant der Automobilindustrie
gesetzt.
