Unsere Forschungsergebnisse bestätigen eine fast 50<br />
Jahre alte Erkenntnis, dass man mit FFP in den derzeit<br />
üblichen Dosen eine Koagulopathie bei Patienten mit<br />
chronischer Lebererkrankung nicht korrigieren kann.<br />
Höhere Dosen (6 oder mehr) werden benötigt, aber selten<br />
eingesetzt.<br />
