alone, sometimes with groups of walkers.
“Occasionally we spend the night out in the
open, high up on a summit,” she tells us, and
she is delighted with the high level of
demand. “It’s wonderful that so many people
today want to discover the other side of
Mallorca.” As a passionate walker she runs
professional walking tours for active holidaymakers,
guiding them through the Island’s
varied landscapes, but best of all up into the

her favourite places. Naturally, there is one
place that belongs to her absolutely all-time
favourites. “Sunset and sunrise on one of the
peaks of the Tramuntana mountain range:
the light there lasts only a few minutes but it
gives you extreme feelings of happiness....
it’s so beautiful!!!”
Sie gilt als prominenteste Wanderführerin der

Playa de S’Illot is on the La Victoria
peninsula, near Alcúdia. You get to it on the
road to Ermita de la Victoria.

interior space, is very rustic and clings to the
rock over the turquoise sea of the little bay.

There is only one small access road to the
Bay of Deià, and just one restaurant.
