4 SUN PLUS SUn PLUS – Das verpolsichere Supertalent / 

SUN PLUS – A reversal polarity protected first rate talent

Wäre da nicht ihr unschlagbarer Preis – die SUN PLUS Regler 

würden sich nahtlos in die „roten“ High-end Produkte einreihen. 

Als Regler für Kollektormotoren lassen die SUNs kaum einen 

Wunsch offen. Vergleichen Sie – ein SUN PLUS ist wirklich ein 

verlässlicher Partner. 

• Die Modus-Programmierung übernimmt die Einstellung der 

vielen Optionen der SUN PLUS-Line – Bremsstärke, Strombegrenzung 

oder Unterspannungsabschaltung müssen nicht einzeln 

programmiert werden. Es genügt, den Einsatzbereich 

anzuwählen. Die benötigten Optionen werden vom Drehzahlsteller 

selbstständig gesetzt. 

• Eine wesentliche Schutzfunktion der SUNs ist ihr Verpolschutz. 

Werden Plus und Minus am Akku vertauscht, entsteht kein 

Defekt am Regler. 

• Selbstverständlich ist ein LiPo-Modus integriert, der die notwendigen 

Anpassungen bei der Verwendung von LiPo-Akkus 

vornimmt. 

• Im Heli-Modus wird die Gasnachregelfunktion (APC) aktiviert. 

Diese Funktion ist eine KONTRONIK Entwicklung und 

ausschließlich in SUN PLUS Reglern verfügbar. Sie regelt das 

Gas in dem Maße nach, in dem die Akkuspannung nachlässt. 

Im Heli-Modus sind nahezu alle Abschaltmechanismen deaktiviert. 

Kein unerwünschtes Abschalten kann die Flugsicherheit 

gefährden. 

• In den SUN PLUS Reglern ist auch ein RC-Car Modus realisiert 

mit proportionaler Bremse und schnellerem Ansprechverhalten. 

• Die Programmierung kann auch über die KONTRONIK 

PROGCARD erfolgen, mit der sich alle Optionen auch auf 

dem Flugfeld ohne zusätzlichen PC einzeln einstellen lassen. 

• Alle SUN PLUS Drehzahlsteller haben einen aktiven Freilauf 

und sind dadurch voll teillastfest. 

• Dank 2 A BEC sind alle SUNs für die Versorgung von bis zu 

4 Servos ausgelegt. 

• Die Unterspannungsabschaltung erfolgt automatisch in 

Abhängigkeit des eingesetzten Akkus. 

• Der integrierte Überlastschutz der SUNs basiert auf einer intelligenten 

Strombegrenzung, die abhängig von der Tempe- 

ratur des Drehzahlstellers, den Motor im Überlastfall abregelt.

Regardless its incredible low price, the SUN PLUS ESCs would be 

a real “red” high end KONTRONIK ESC. Made to control brushed 

motors it keeps nearly no wishes open. Compare it – a SUN PLUS 

is an absolute reliable partner. 

• The Mode Programming System of the SUN PLUS line allows 

to select an operating mode, which updates all controlable 

settings to optimal values. There is no need to program each 

single ESC parameter – such as EMF brake, maximum RPM or 

undervoltage cut off. Instead, you only select the type of your 

model. 

• Another essential highlight of the SUNs is the protection 

against reverse polarity. If plus and minus are swapped when 

connecting the battery, no damage will occur. 

• Of course the SUNs have an integrated LiPo Mode to protect 

LiPo batteries from exhaustive discharge. 

• The Heli Mode provides an Automatic Power Compensation. 

APC was develloped by KONTRONIK and is available only in 

SUN PLUS ESCs. It compensates the decreasing battery voltage 

by increasing the motor current. In Heli Mode most protection 

circuits are deactivated. No objectionable cut-off can 

risk flight safety. 

• Also integrated is a RC-Car Mode which offers a proportional 

brake for precise braking and an immediate throttle response 

for fast acceleration. 

• The programming of the SUN PLUS ESCs can also be done by 

PROGCARD which allows to adjust all parameters on the flying 

field without a computer. 

• Due to the 2 A BEC all SUN PLUS are prepared for an adequate 

supply of maximum 4 servos. 

• SUN PLUS ESCs come with the active free-wheeling circuit 

which means they have a full part load capability. 

• The level for the low voltage cut-off is calculated automatical- 

ly when the battery pack is connected to the ESC. 

• The performance and integrity of the unit are maintained by 

intelligent protection features. By measuring the temperature 

of the ESC, power to the motor is reduced if an overload is 

detected.

Die kleinen MINIJAZZ Regler überzeugen durch ihre große 

Funktionalität. Sie sind nur 36 x 20 mm groß, besitzen aber 

dennoch alle Funktionen, für die die JAZZ Familie bekannt ist. 

Ihre integrierte, feinfühlige und schnelle Drehzahlregelung 

und die bestens abgestimmten Anlaufeigenschaften machen 

sie zu Reglern, für die Zuverlässigkeit und Bedienungskomfort 

nicht von der Leistung abhängig sind. Dabei traut man 20 A 

Dauerstrom einem solchen Winzling auf den ersten Blick 

kaum zu. 

Die MINIJAZZ besitzen die volle Modusprogrammierung 

und stellen dadurch die richtigen Grundeinstellungen und 

Funktionalitäten für beinahe jede Anwendung parat. 

Aufgrund der hohen Leistungsfähigkeit und des extrem 

geringen Gewichts liegen ihre Einsatzgebiete da, wo auf 

Gewicht und Platz geachtet werden muss, aber nicht auf 

Performance verzichtet werden soll. Kleine Helikopter, 

Flugzeuge, Boote und Autos bringen die MINIJAZZ problemlos 

in Bewegung. 

Natürlich verfügen die MINIJAZZ auch über ein mit 1,5 A 

Dauerstrom für ihre Größe starkes BEC und sind auch von 

dieser Seite für alle Anwendungen bestens ausgestattet. 

Mit dem MINIJAZZ 15 und dem MINIJAZZ 20 stehen zwei 

Typen zur Verfügung, von denen der eine mehr auf Gewicht,

Die KOBY Serie stellt die neuste Generation der KONTRONIK 

Brushless Regler dar. Als Nachfolger der erfolgreichen JAZZ 

Familie garantiert auch der KOBY ungetrübten Flugspaß bei 

gewohnter KONTRONIK Zuverlässigkeit. 

Die KOBY Regler sind mit einem starken 3 A Dauerstrom 

belastbaren BEC ausgestattet, das mit 10 A Spitzenbelastbarkeit 

für alle Anwendungen bestens gerüstet ist. Das getaktete 

BEC, das wie gewohnt extrem störungsarm ist, ist zudem 

im Bereich von 5,6 – 8 V Ausgangsspannung verstellbar. 

Damit werden auch Servos der neusten Generation kraftvoll 

versorgt. 

Die bekannte Modusprogrammierung sorgt bei den KOBY 

Reglern für eine einfache Bedienung. Sie bietet mit einem 

Segelflug, einem Motorflug und einem Helikopter Modus die 

wichtigsten voreingestellten Parameter, um schnell abheben 

zu können. Natürlich brilliert der Heli-Modus durch eine 

feinfühlige Drehzahlregung. 

Vielfältige, intelligente Schutzfunktionen sorgen dafür, dass

KOBY guarantees the highest performance with the familiar

KOBY ESCs feature a powerful 3 A continuous current BEC 

that can easily handle peaks of up to 10 A. The output 

voltage of the synchronized BEC is adjustable from 5.6 V to 

8 V. This allows for powerful supply of servos of the latest 

generation. 

Easy operation of the KOBY is guaranteed by the familiar 

standardized KONTRONIK mode programming. Set up is 

nearly plug & play with most important general parameters 

preset in selectable glider mode, motor mode and heli mode. 

Of course the KOBY comes equipped with the legendary 

KONTRONIK sensitive RPM control. 

One of the innovative aspects of KOBY ESCs is their online 

update ability (OUF). The new KONTRONIK PROGDISC is not 

only the programming unit for ESCs; it is also the PC interface

Mit dem JIVE erwartet Sie ein Reglerkonzept, das Sie überzeugen 

wird. Dieser Regler stellt in seiner Funktionalität alles 

Bisherige in den Schatten. 

High-Tech-Einheit 

Durch das integrierte, schlagfeste Gehäuse aus speziellem 

Polyamid ist der JIVE nicht nur vor mechanischer Beschädigung, 

sondern auch vor Spritzwasser optimal geschützt. 

Dieses Kunststoffmaterial wurde speziell für das Verspritzen 

von Elektronik entwickelt. 

Leistung durch „Coolness“ 

Die freiliegende Kühlfläche ist optimal mit den Leistungsbauteilen 

verbunden und sorgt für eine gute Wärmeabfuhr. 

Durch den zusätzlichen Einbau einer Luft- oder Wasserkühlung 

lässt sich das Leistungsvermögen Ihres JIVE Reglers 

deutlich steigern. 

Die Bezeichnung 80+ heißt also: mindestens 80 A. 

Gute Kühlung ermöglicht bis zu doppelter Leistung.

Herausragend ist hier ihr leistungsstarkes BEC, das zudem mit 

der PROGCARD II oder der PROGDISC zwischen 5-6 V

Spitze ermöglichen auch im Heli die extremsten Kunstflugfiguren.

Mit Hochspannung erwartet 

Einzigartig sind die HV-Typen, denn sie verfügen über ein 5 A 

Dauer BEC mit 15 A Spitze bei 12 S (16-50 V)! Dadurch wird 

ein sicherer BEC-Betrieb bis 12 S nutzbar – natürlich ohne 

Spannungsschwankungen und Störungsprobleme, denn 

selbstverständlich wurden die JIVE-Regler auf unserem 

hauseigenen EMV-Prüfstand auf Herz und Nieren getestet. 

Ihr Regler denkt mit! 

Der JIVE kontrolliert vor und während des Einsatzes alle 

notwendigen Daten. 

Nach dem Einsatz informiert der JIVE den Piloten, ob er den 

Regler im Überlastbereich betrieben hat, um eventuellen 

Ausfällen vorzubeugen. 

F3A-Bremse gefällig? 

Der JIVE bietet eine einstellbare Bremsfunktion, die F3A- 

Piloten konstante Geschwindigkeit in den Abwärtspassagen 

der Kunstflugfiguren ermöglicht. 

F3C Wettbewerbstauglichkeit 

Speziell für den Wettbewerbseinsatz wurde ein zusätzlicher 

Heli Modus (Modus 11) implementiert, bei dem die Drehzahl 

des Motors einmalig eingelernt wird. Das unterscheidet 

Modus 11 vom Standard Heli Modus (Modus 4), in dem die 

Motordrehzahl bei jedem Anstecken des Akkus neu ermittelt 

wird. Wird also im Modus 11 der Akku vom Regler getrennt, 

so bleibt die programmierte Rotordrehzahl erhalten.

High-tech unit 

Its integrated shock-resistant housing made from a specific 

polyamide protects the JIVE ESCs from mechanical damage 

and makes it waterproof. The plastic material has been 

developed especially for injection moulding of electronic 

parts. 

Power by coolness 

Obvious is the huge cooling plate. It is perfectly connected 

with the power parts, provides good heat transfer and 

enables additional cooling to be realized. It is possible to 

raise the performance enormously by installing an additional 

air or water cooling. 

The naming 80+ means: minimum 80 A. With a good extra 

cooling it is possible to get up to double power. 

BEC records 

Further highlights are waiting inside, for example the strong 

BEC which is adjustable between 5 V and 6 V output voltage 

with PROGCARD II or PROGDISC. It offers 5 A continuous BEC 

current with 15 A in peak. That’s enough for all spectacular 

flight figures even in helicopters. To provide this power the 

JIVE ESCs have got two parallel BEC output jacks. 

High-voltage surprise 

Unique too is the BEC of the HV Types, which offers 5 A 

continuous current with 15 A peak current up to 12 S 

(16-50 V)! This after all allows a secure BEC usage for all 

applications up to 12 S, of course without any voltage swing 

and without interferences - proven by thorough tests on our 

own EMV test bench. 

This ESC shows initiative! 

Before and during operation the JIVE controls all necessary 

data. 

After each operation the JIVE informs the pilot, whether it 

was used in overload in order to prevent from potentional 

malfunctions. 

Would you like a F3A brake? 

The JIVE is waiting with an adjustable break, which allows 

F3A pilots to fly constant downward speed passages during 

their acrobatic figures. 

F3C Competition ability 

Especially for competition applications an additional heli 

mode (mode 11) has been implemented, in which the motor 

RPM is programmed only once. That distinguished mode 11 

from standard heli mode (mode 4) in which the motor RPM is 

learned after each new battery connection. Therefore, in 

mode 11, if the battery pack is disconnected, the once 

programmed RPM is still valid.

hat er bereits gezeigt, welche Leistungsvielfalt in ihm steckt. 

Die einzelnen Regler verfügen über identische Funktionalität und 

unterscheiden sich nur durch ihre Strombelastbarkeit. 

The three low voltage types cover the range from 60 A up to 

100 A continuous current. With a voltage range of 2 S to 6 S 

LiPo batteries they are the perfect ESCs for ambitious 

applications. 

A JIVE ESC is not only known for its excellent RPM control, 

it also demonstrates the included huge diversity in bigger 

RC car and speed boat applications.

The high voltage types include the POWERJIVE 120+ HV, 

which is currently the strongest KONTRONIK ESC. Even for 

JiVE 60+ HV big-sized helicopters this high voltage ESC is so powerful JiVE 80+ HV 

that even long time nitro pilots swich to this electric set-up. 

Due to the voltage range of up to 12 S and their strong BEC 

functionality the HV types are very flexible in usage.

Das BEC-Kabel der JIVEs ist nicht gelötet, sondern wird 

gesteckt. Im Lieferumfang der JIVEs ist natürlich ein Kabel 

enthalten. 

Der JIVE stellt einen BEC-Strom von 15 A zur Verfügung. Ein 

marktübliches BEC-Kabel reicht nicht aus, um diesen Strom 

zu leiten. Um den vollen BEC-Strom nutzen zu können, muss 

daher ein weiteres BEC-Kabel mit dem Empfänger verbunden 

werden. Dieses ist als Zubehör mit integriertem Ringkernentstörfilter 

erhältlich. 

Es wird in die zweite, parallele BEC-Buchse eingesteckt.

The BEC cable is not soldered to the JIVE ESCs, but plugged 

in. Of course one BEC cable is included in delivery. 

The JIVE delivers a BEC current of 15 A. Since no custom BEC 

cabel can handle such a high current, a second BEC cable has 

to be connected to the receiver to use the full current. This 

cable is available as an accessory including the torodial core. 

It has to be connected to the second parallel BEC output jack 

of the JIVE ESC.

Die KIRA HC Motoren wurden speziell für den Einsatz in 

Helikoptern, Booten und RC-Cars abgestimmt. 

So verfügen die KIRA 480 HC Modelle über eine mitgelieferte 

Adapterplatte, die das Montieren in für 36 mm Durchmesser 

Motoren angedachten Anwendungen ermöglicht. Außerdem 

haben die KIRA 480 HC Motoren eine verlängerte Welle, 

um trotz der Adapterplatte eine sichere Montage des Ritzels 

gewährleisten zu können. 

Die KIRA 500 HC Motoren werden für Anwendungen in

In den KONTRONIK TANGO-Motoren ist die einmalige 

„eisenverlustlose“ Te chnik realisiert. 

Der Eisenrückschluss bewegt sich mit dem Mag neten. 

Dadurch entfallen die Ummagnetisierungs-Verluste im Eisen. 

Dies führt zu einem deutlich höheren Wirkungsgrad. 

Die TANGO-Motoren zeichnen sich durch kompakte, leichte 

Bauform, extrem hohes Drehmoment und einen sehr hohen 

Wirkungsgrad aus. 

Ihre integrierte Luftkühlung sorgt zusätzlich dafür, dass die 

im Kupfer entstehende Wärme sofort abgegeben wird und 

verringert somit nochmals die schon sehr geringen Kupferverluste.

Die KORATOP Motoren wurden überarbeitet und warten 

mit verbessertem Wirkungsgrad durch geringere Innenwiderstände

speziell verstärkt. Ein spezielles Dünnringlager – zusätzlich 

zur üblichen 2-fach Kugellagerung – minimiert auch die 

restlichen Vibrationen der Glocke. 

Die Verwendung von hochwertigen Powerdym Magneten 

bringt ein beeindruckendes Drehmoment. 

Hohe Flexibilität beim Einbau gewährleistet die leicht 

ummontierbare Welle. Dadurch können die KORATOP

In order to avoid vibrations at high RPM or unfavorable 

mounting the design of the can is optimized. A thin section 

bearing, additionally to the usual construction with two ball 

bearings, minimizes even the remaining vibrations of the can. 

The built-in high-end Powerdym magnets offer an impressive 

torque. 

The shaft can be mounted on both sides of the KORATOP 

motors to give you more flexibility.

ist er der Motor für große Kunstflugmaschinen bis 3 kg,

Es stehen 4 verschiedene Drehzahlen zur Verfügung. 

Der KORATOP 30 bringt sogar 1,3 kW Dauerleistung und

Durch gezielte Weiterentwicklung ist es KONTRONIK 

gelungen, die PYRO Serie noch weiter zu verbessern. Der 

Einsatz neuer Materialien und Fertigungstechniken reduziert 

den Innenwiderstand des Motors und erhöht den 

Wirkungsgrad signifikant. Die Leistungssteigerung wird 

beim PYRO 700 durch den Einsatz größerer und damit 

verschleißärmerer Kugellager abgerundet. 

In den PYRO Motoren wird ein hochwertiges Neodym 

verwendet, wodurch die Magnete bis 150 °C hitzefest 

sind. Die Wicklung besteht aus speziellem, extrem hitzefesten 

Draht, der auch in der Raumfahrt verwendet wird. Dieser 

Draht ist bis 300 °C spezifiziert. Bei den PYROs wird die 

präzise gefertigte Rotorglocke zusätzlich feingewuchtet. 

Dies führt dazu, dass auf ein Dünnringlager im Motor 

verzichtet werden kann. 

Bei Leistungen bis zu 3 kW entsteht auch bei diesem hohen 

Wirkungsgrad viel Wärme im Motor. Eine neue, speziell 

konstruierte Luftführung sorgt dafür, dass die PYROs 

diese Wärme zuverlässig abgeben können. 

Vor allem für Helikopter Anwendungen sind PYRO Motoren 

bereits zum Referenzantrieb geworden.

Due to specific advancement KONTRONIK was able to further

the motor’s internal resistance was reduced and the

To achieve this a high-quality Neodym material has been

the thin section bearing unnecessary.

Bei nach träglicher Umrüstung eines Direktantriebs auf Getriebe 

muss ein passender Adapterflansch dazugekauft werden. 

KONTRONIK offers KPG25 and KPG27 mounted on KIRA 

motors. 

The KPG25 can also be mounted later on all motors with a 

3.17 mm shaft using an adaptation flange. 

KPG25 has a weight of approximately 60 g, is maintenancefree 

and available with the gear ratio 5.2:1. 

The KPG25 gear box includes planets with needle bearing, oil 

filling and motor pinion. 

The motor pinion has to be glued to the motor with a Loctite 

adhesive (e.g. Loctite 648). The bonding can be removed with 

heat, e. g. for changing the gear ratio. 

Of course the needle-mounted planets are included in delivery 

and the gear box is already lubricated. 

The fitting adaptation flange must be 

ordered separately, when changing 

a direct drive to a geared one.

Das neue, geschützte Bedienungs-Prinzip der PROGDISC 

setzt Maßstäbe in Bezug auf Programmiermodule. 

Vergessen Sie alles, was Sie bisher über die Bedienung von 

Programmierkarten und Modulen wussten. Die PROGDISC 

wird Sie durch intuitiven Bedienungskomfort und einfache 

Handhabung begeistern. 

Über ein integriertes Farbdisplay werden Sie durch das Menü 

geführt. Die sensorgesteuerte Bedienung erfolgt einfach 

durch Neigen und Kippen und das Bestätigen mit dem 

einzigen Knopf des Gerätes. Einfacher geht eine Reglerprogrammierung 

nicht mehr. Keine langen Anleitungen, keine 

Signalfolgen, kein Durchklicken. Schnell und einfach kommen 

Sie zum gewünschten Parameter und können diesen entsprechend 

Ihren Anforderungen anpassen. 

Die PROGDISC verfügt über die Funktionalität der PROG- 

CARD I und PROGCARD II und wird über das Fernsteuerkabel 

mit dem Regler verbunden. Der Betrieb ist auch ohne PC 

oder externe Stromversorgung überall möglich. 

Zusätzlich fungiert die PROGDISC als Schnittstelle zum PC. 

Sowohl der Datenaustausch zwischen Regler und PC als auch 

die Einspielung von Softwareupdates auf den Regler wird 

mittels PROGDISC durchgeführt. Der Regler muss nicht mehr 

zum Update eingeschickt werden. 

Natürlich ist auch die PROGDISC selbst über eine Internetverbindung 

zur KONTRONIK Homepage updatefähig.

You are guided through the menu via an integrated color 

display. The sensor controlled operation happens by pitching 

and canting the PROGDISC and confirming with the only button 

of the whole unit. Programming your ESC cannot be 

easier. No long manuals, no sound series, no clicking through. 

Quick and easy you arrive at the parameter of interest and 

can adjust it according to your needs. 

The PROGDISC covers the functionality of PROGCARD I and 

PROGCARD II and is connected to an ESC via the receiver 

cable. Operation is also possible without PC or external 

current supply. 

Additionally, the PROGDISC serves as interface to your PC. 

Transfer of data between ESC and PC is possible via using the 

PROGDISC. This makes the PROGDISC the programming unit 

for updating the ESC software. The ESC does not need to be 

sent in any longer. 

Of course, also the PROGDISC itself can be updated over a 

direct internet connection to KONTRONIK web site.

des Kühlkörpers an einem JIVE Drehzahlsteller mittels metallklebenden 

Cyanacrylat (Sekunden kleber) vorzunehmen. 

Dünnflüssiges Cyanacrylat minimiert den Luftspalt zwischen 

JIVE und Kühlkörper und fördert somit die Wärmeleitung. 


This heatsink has the same size as the aluminium plate of the 

JIVE ESCs. KONTRONIK recommends metal bonding cyanoacrylate 

(superglue) for fixing the heat sink on the JIVE ESC. 

Low viscosity cyanoacrylate reduces the gap between JIVE 

and heatsink and consequently improves thermal conduction.

Wir sind bestrebt Ihnen jederzeit den bestmöglichen Service 

zu bieten. Daher werden Service-Leistungen in der Regel 

innerhalb von 48 Stunden erledigt. Das heißt: Heute bei uns 

im Haus – übermorgen auf dem Weg zurück. 

Sollte eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme notwendig sein, kann 

sich in Einzelfällen die benötigte Zeit entsprechend verlängern. 

Reparaturen können entweder über den Fachhändler oder 

direkt an uns geschickt werden. 

Unabhängig vom Produkt beträgt die Gewährleistungszeit 

innerhalb der EU 24 Monate. Gewährleistungsansprüche sind 

nicht auf Dritte übertragbar. 

Eine nachträgliche Anerkennung der Gewährleistung, z.B. bei 

fehlender Rechnungskopie, wird mit einer Aufwandspauschale 

von EUR 30,– in Rechnung gestellt. 

Die folgenden Dokumente werden zur Serviceabwicklung 

benötigt: 

• Kopie des Kaufbeleges und eine ausführliche Fehlerbeschreibung/Reparaturformular. 

Das erleichtert und beschleunigt 

die Reparatur und senkt die Kosten. 

• Bei Einsendung muss das Produkt elektrisch und mechanisch 

unverändert sein. Anbauteile wie Motorritzel müssen 

vor dem Einsenden entfernt werden, da sich die Reparatur 

durch die Demontage unnötig verzögert. Eine schriftliche 

Einwilligung seitens des Kunden zur Demontage ist zwingend 

notwendig. Haftung für etwaige Beschädigung der 

Anbauteile bzw. des Produktes wird nicht übernommen. Der 

entstehende Mehraufwand wird in Rechnung gestellt. Fehlt 

Gewährleistung / Warranty 

der Auftrag zur Demontage wird das Produkt unrepariert 

und unfrei zurückgeschickt. 

• Zur Vermeidung von Versandproblemen achten Sie bitte 

darauf, dass Ihre Anschrift für die Rücksendung gut lesbar 

vermerkt ist. 

Die Kosten für eine Reparatur außerhalb der Gewährleistung 

entnehmen Sie bitte unserer Homepage. Sollte eine Reparatur 

unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten nicht mehr sinnvoll 

sein, kontaktieren wir Sie bezüglich eines Austausches zu

KONTRONIK offers a 24 month warranty from the date of 

purchase if the product is bought within the EU. Outside 

the EU, respective national legal requirements apply. A later 

acceptance of warranty, e.g. by missing purchase receipt, will 

cause a handling charge of EUR 30.– 

In order to receive warranty service you must send: 

• The original detailed purchase receipt (indicating purchase 

date, store, and product) and include an exact description of 

the problem you are experiencing. 

• The product must be electrically or mechanically unchanged. 

This means that attachments such as pinions have to be removed 

before sending in. Failing to remove attachments will result 

in delay of service. An agreement to remove attachments 

signed by the customer is compulsory. KONTRONIK can‘t be 

made liable for damages resulting from removing attachments. 

Removal service of attachments will be billed according to effort. 

If this agreement is missing the product will be shipped back 

unrepaired on your cost. 

• To avoid shipping problems, please include your return 

address not only on the shipping package, but also within the 

package and indicate a valid email address. 

If a repair is economically not feasible KONTRONIK may replace 

the product. Defective items will be returned to you only 

on your request and at your own cost. In all other cases the 

product will be recycled. It is very important that you provide 

a detailed description of the failure. This speeds up repair and 

lowers cost. 

Defective items can be sent in through your dealer or directly 

to us. Please find cost for repair on our website.
