Für den Erweiterungsbau des neuen <strong>Betriebsgebäude</strong>s<br />
wurden durch die zwei fast 400 m² großen und flachen<br />
Pyramidendächer dem Gebäude ein futuristisch anmutendes<br />
Aussehen verliehen. Die besonders anspruchsvoll<br />
zu fertigenden Spitzen der Pyramiden, wurden aus einer<br />
Kombination der Stehfalz- und Klemmfalzprofiltechnik an<br />
den speziell dafür vorbereiteten RIB-ROOF Profilbahnen<br />
an der Baustelle gefertigt.<br />
Die Dachform des seitlichen Treppenanbaus verkörpert<br />
maßstäblich das Hauptprodukt der Firma Mennekes ® –<br />
den Steckverbinder – auf eindrucksvoller Weise.<br />
For the extension of the commercial building two large,<br />
flat pyramidal roofs which have an area of about 400<br />
m² give the building a futuristic look. The peak of the<br />
pyramide was extremely challenging to produce. It is<br />
made of a combination of standing seam technique and<br />
clamping technique and it was prduced on site for the<br />
special prepared RIB-ROOF profile sheets.<br />
The roof shape of the stairway extension represents the<br />
main product – the connector assembly – of the company<br />
Mennekes ® in an impressive way.<br />

Für das Bürogebäude der Niederlassung des Pumpenherstellers<br />
WILO wurde in Zaandam eine besondere<br />
Architektur mit Wiedererkennungswert realisiert:<br />
Ein Teil des Gebäudes ragt über einen kleinen wasserführenden<br />
Kanal hinaus und erhält durch seine konisch<br />
zulaufende Spitze eine zu einem Pumpenhersteller<br />
passende technische Anmutung. Dazu wurde die Fassade<br />
zum Teil segmentweise mit sehr eng gerundeten<br />
RIB-ROOF Profilbahnen ausgeführt.<br />
Das Wilo-Gebäude wurde 2010 beim Architekturpreis<br />
„Parteon Architectuurprijs“ in der Kategorie Bürogebäude<br />
zurecht als bestes Bürogebäude ausgezeichnet.<br />
The branch office of the pump manufacturer WILO in<br />
Zaandam has been realized with architecture of high<br />
recognition factor:<br />
Part of the building overlaps a small water-bearing canal<br />
and through its conical peak the building gets a technical<br />
impression fitting to a pump manufacturer. Furthermore<br />
parts of the facade were installed in a segmental way.<br />
RIB-ROOF profile sheets that have a narrow radius were<br />
used. In the year 2010 the Wilo-building was welldeserved<br />
awarded for the prize of architecture “ Parteon<br />
Architectuurprijs”. In the category office buildings it was<br />
selected as the best office building.<br />

Charakter. Die Anordnung der Profilbahnstege und<br />
die Fenstergestaltung wurden aufeinander abgestimmt.<br />
Die Dachfläche geht in die Fassade über.<br />
The special architectural character was given to this<br />
building by using pre-weathered titan zinc profile sheets<br />
which have a radius of 3.40 m. The order of the profile<br />
sheets and the structure of windows were adjusted<br />
exactly. The roof area passes into the facade.<br />

Für die Häuser 5 und 6 des Bürogebäudekomplexes Humboldt-<br />
Park in Aschheim-Dornach wurden in einer variantenreichen<br />
Dachlandschaft vielfältige Lösungen für die Verlegung mit<br />
Profilbahnen realisiert.<br />
Neben Firsten, Graten und Kehlen führte der Verleger auch<br />
eckige und runde Einfassungen aus. Eine Besonderheit stellen<br />
die mit konischen Bahnen ausgebildeten Rundungen dar.<br />
Office Complex<br />
For buildings 5 and 6 at Aschheim-Dornach’s Humboldt-Park,<br />
a variety of different solutions was required for the roof-scapes.<br />
Apart from ridges, arrises and valleys, the installing company<br />
also included rectangular and round flashings. As a special<br />
feature, the round sections were realised with conical sheets.<br />
