Eine runde Sache
A good solution all round
Erneut übernimmt KRONE die Vorreiterrolle beim Thema Ladungssicherung: Mit der technischen Innovation
Multi Fix kann der Transporteur selbst riskante Fracht wie Stahlrohre problemlos sichern.
KRONE once again assumes a pioneering role in the topic of load security. With the technical innovation
of Multi Fix, haulage firms can secure even problematic loads such as steel tubes.
Bis zu 40 Zurrgurte benötigten Spediteure
bisher zur Sicherung langer und runder
Materialien wie Holz oder Metallrohre.
Thorsten Perk, Fachingenieur bei KRONE,
kennt die Problematik: „Runde Ladung ist
generell schwer zu verzurren, denn durch
ihre niedrige Höhe entstehen ungünstige
Zurrwinkel.“ KRONE hat nun die optimale
Lösung: das System Multi Fix.
Bislang mussten Stabpakete – sofern überhaupt
möglich – separat, umständlich und
zeitintensiv verzurrt werden. Dank Multi
Fix, das sich mit anderen Produkten von
KRONE als voll kompatibel erweist, arretieren
Stützen auf der rechten und linken Seite
die Ladung auf einem Auflagebalken.
Perk erklärt: „Die beiden Kopfschlingen an
den jeweiligen Enden trotzen Kräften bis
zu 150 kN!“ Und sie bewirken einen zusätzlichen
Vorteil: Anders als bisher können
Die Multi Fix Auflagebalken sind im Multi Lock-Rahmen befestigt
Kunden ihre Ladung nun auch mittig auf
dem Fahrzeug sichern. Das große Plus des
neuen Systems liegt in seiner Flexibilität:
Ob Stahl-, Holztransporte oder Stahlplatten,
Multi Fix bietet für alle Langmaterialien
Halt und ist der jeweiligen Nutzlast von
acht bis 27 Tonnen individuell anpassbar.
Nachdem der TÜV Multi Fix mit offiziellem
Prüfbericht ausgezeichnet hat, läuft nun
die Patentierung.
In the past, haulage firms needed up to
40 lashing straps to secure long, round
materials such as wood or metal tubes.
Thorsten Perk, engineer at KRONE, is aware
of the problem: “Round loads are difficult
to lash as their low height produces an
unfavourable lashing angle.” KRONE has
now come up with the optimum solution:
the Multi Fix system.
News
Until now, packages of rods had to be
lashed separately which took a great deal
of time and effort. With Multi Fix (which is
compatible with other KRONE products),
supports on the right and left hand sides
you can fix the load to a beam.
Thorsten Perk explains: “The two nooses
at either end withstand forces up to
150 kN!” And they bring an extra
advantage: Customers can now secure
their loads in the middle of the vehicle.
The great advantage of the new system is
flexibility: whether transporting steelwood
or steel plates, Multi Fix offers a
strong hold for all long materials and can
be individually adapted to the load
capacity of eight to 27 tonnes.
The patent is now pending after the TÜV
has issued Multi Fix with the official test
report.
