Neuer Halteclip Automat<br />
Vollautomatische Halteclip Montage für<br />
Crimp-Clip-Kontakte<br />
Im Rahmen der Fertigung unserer <strong>ODU</strong> Push-Pull Rundsteckverbinder<br />
aus Metall oder Kunststoff konnte ein<br />
wichtiger Montageschritt automatisiert werden. Die<br />
Montage der Halteclips an den Crimp-Clip-Kontakten<br />
im Durchmesser von 0,7mm, 0,9mm, 1,3mm, 1,6mm<br />
und 2mm erfolgt ab sofort vollautomatisch.<br />
Die wichtigsten Daten im Überblick:<br />
• Leistung: 15 Stück pro Minute<br />
• Kontakte werden über Puffer mit Kaskadensteuerung<br />
zugeführt<br />
• Automatisches Prüfverfahren nach der Montageeinheit<br />
sind:<br />
�Rundlaufprüfung<br />
�Abzugskraftprüfung aller Buchsenarten<br />
�Kameraprüfung<br />
• Anschließend werden fehlerhafte Teile aussortiert<br />
• Automatische Verpackung inkl. Aufdruck der Artikelund<br />
Batchnummer<br />
<strong>Der</strong> neue Halteclip-Automat stellt im Rahmen der<br />
Produktion unserer <strong>ODU</strong> Push-Pull Rundsteckverbinder<br />
einen wichtigen Faktor für eine termin-, qualitätsund<br />
effizienzgerechte Produktion dar.<br />

An important assembly step in the manufacturing process<br />
for our <strong>ODU</strong> Push-Pull cylindrical connectors made<br />
of metal or plastic has now been automated. Assembly<br />
of the retaining clips on the crimp-clip contacts with a<br />
diameter of 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.6 mm and 2 mm<br />
is now completely automatic.<br />

An overview of the most important data:<br />
• Performance: 15 pieces a minute<br />
• Contacts are fed via buffers with cascade control<br />
• Automatic testing methods after the assembly<br />
unit are:<br />
�Concentricity test<br />
�Pull-off force test of all socket types<br />
�Camera inspection<br />
• Non-conforming parts are then sorted out<br />
• Automatic packaging, including imprinting the<br />
article and batch numbers<br />
The new retaining clip machine represents an important<br />
factor for on-time, high-quality and efficient production<br />
of our push-pull cylindrical connectors.
