Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair wird nach Unterzeichnung dieses Vertrages ein Au-Pair seiner Agentur
nach Wahl an die Gastfamilie vermitteln.
Beach-Au-Pair will supply the Host-Family with an Au-Pair from Beach-Au-Pair choosen by the Host-
Family after having signed this contract.

§ 1 Pflichten der Agentur BEACH-AU-PAIR
§ 1 BEACH-AU-PAIR’s Duties
Im Folgenden werden die zu erbringenden Leistungen aufgeführt:
The following services are provided by Beach-Au-Pair:
1. Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair informiert die Gastfamilie ausführlich über die derzeitigen
Bestimmungen des Au-Pair Programmes in Deutschland (Info für Gasteltern)
Beach-Au-Pair will inform the Host-Family correctly about the rules concerning the Au-Pair
program.
2. Überlassung von Au-Pair Bewerberdaten wie z.B. komplette Adressdaten, Fragebogen, Fotos
sowie, Referenzen, Anschreiben, Sprachzeugnisse, Gesundheitszeugnisse u. a.
Providing the Host-Family with the complete application data -e. g. address, questionnaires,
photos, references, letter to the Host-Family, language certificates, medical checks etc.
3. Hilfe bei der Abwicklung der Visums- bzw. Einladungsformalitäten und der Arbeitsgenehmigung
(Einladungsschreiben, Au-Pair Vertrag etc.)
Preparing all documents neccessary for the Au-Pairs stay into the Host-Family (invitiation letter
and Au-Pair Contract etc.).
4. Beach-Au-Pair hat die Aufgabe, die Gastfamilie sowie das Au-Pair während des ganzen
Aufenthaltes des Au-Pair in der Gastfamilie zu betreuen.
Beach-Au-Pair is obliged to take care of the Host-Family and the Au-Pair during the whole stay.
5. Als Serviceleistung stellt die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair auf Wunsch kostenlos ein Zertifikat nach
einem erfolgreichen Au-Pair Aufenthalt aus, gibt Tipps zur Integration des Au-Pairs in die Familie.
Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair steht bei Problemen jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
Beach-Au-Pair will provide the Host-Family (if wished) with a complementary certificate after the
successful Au-Pair’s stay.
§ 2 Pflichten der Gastfamilie
§ 2 Host-Family’s Duties
Die Gastfamilie hat die AGB`s der Agentur Beach-Au-Pair und die Infoblätter der Bundesanstalt für
Arbeit gelesen und erkennt die Inhalte an. Sie ist verpflichtet, dem Au-Pair folgende Leistungen zu
gewähren.
The Host-Family has read carefully the terms and conditions of Beach-Au-Pair and agrees to its
content. Furthermore, the Host-Family is obliged to grant the Au-Pair the terms and conditions
mentioned as follows:
1. Integrierung des Au-Pairs in die Familie.
Integration into the Host-Family.
2. Mindestens ein Elternteil muss Muttersprachler sein.
One parent must be a native speaker.
3. Freie Kost und ein abschließbares, eigenes Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
The Host-Family is obliged to provide the Au-Pair with free food and an own lockable room.

4. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von max. 30 Stunden, plus bis zu 2 mal Babysitting, nicht zu
überschreiten. Die Arbeitszeit ist flexibel gestaltbar, jedoch auf nicht mehr als 6 Tage die Woche
zu verteilen.
The weekly working time of max. 30 hours plus up to 2 times of babysitting must not be exceeded.
The working time is flexible, however, must not be more than 6 days per week.
5. Ein freier Tag in der Woche. Dieser ist aber nicht zwangsläufig am Wochenende. Jedoch ist dem
Au-Pair mindestens ein freier Sonntag im Monat zu gewähren.
One free day per week must be granted. However, this does not mean that this day has to be
during the weekend. But one free sunday per month has to be guaranteed.
6. Dem Au-Pair jedoch mindestens einmal im Monat ein freies Wochenende zu gewähren. Dieses
beginnt Freitagabend und endet Montagfrüh.
Furthermore, the Host-Family has to guarantee the Au-Pair one free weekend per month. This
weekend will start on a Friday evening and ends on a Monday morning.
7. Ein monatliches Taschengeld von zur Zeit mindestens € 260,-- zu zahlen. Das Taschengeld ist
bar spätestens am letzten Kalendertag des Monats zu zahlen bzw. hat am letzten Werktag des
Monats auf dem Konto des Au-Pairs zu sein.
The Host-Family has to pay a monthly pocket money of at least € 260, -- (this sum is for the time
being effective). This pocket money is due in cash on the last day of every month or has to be on
the Au-Pair’s account on the last working day of every month.
8. Eine Monatskarte für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu bezahlen oder Fahrdienste für das Au-Pair
zu leisten. Diese beinhalten die Fahrten zum Deutschkurs (im Ausland zum Kurs in der jeweiligen
Landessprache) oder mindestens einmal wöchentlich eine Fahrt in die nächstgrößere Stadt.
The Host-Family has to provide the Au-Pair with a monthly transportation ticket for local
transportation or is obliged to give transportation service for the Au-Pair. This includes
transportation to the language classes and transportation to the next bigger city at least once per
week.
9. Die Möglichkeit zum Besuch einer Sprachenschule zu geben. Die Kosten der Schule sind vom Au-
Pair zu tragen.
The Host-Family is obliged to offer the possibilty to attend a language school. The costs have to
be paid by the Au-Pair.
10. Jeden Monat den das Au-Pair in der Familie ist, 2 Tage bezahlten Urlaub zu gewähren, bzw. 4
Wochen bezahlten Urlaub im Jahr.
The Au-Pair is entitled to get a 2 days paid vacation for every month which she/he stays with the
Host-Family – that means 4 weeks of paid vacation for every year.
11. Für das Au-Pair rechtzeitig vor Ankunft und für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes eine Unfall-, Kranken-
und Haftplichtversicherung abschließen. Die Kosten dafür übernimmt die Gastfamilie.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: The family has to settle with BEACH-AU-PAIR an Au-
Pair insurance, which covers Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, Liability Insurance, Pregnancy
Insurance, Legal Protection.
12. Versicherung des Au-Pairs, sollte dieses während seines Aufenthaltes ein Fahrzeug der Familie
benutzen. Die Kosten für die Versicherung übernimmt die Gastfamilie.
If the Au-Pair will be using the Host-Family’s car an additional insurance will be necessary. The
Host-Family has to pay for this insurance.
13. Die Gastfamilie muß das Au-Pair sofort nach Ankunft in Deutschland (innerhalb 2 Werktagen) bei
seinem zuständigen Einwohnermeldeamt anmelden und beim Arbeitsamt eine
Arbeitsgenehmigung sowie g.g.f. eine Aufenthaltsbewilligung beantragen. Alle anfallenden
Gebühren trägt in jedem Fall die Gastfamilie.

The Host-Family has to register the Au-Pair at the responsible resident office at once after arrival
(within 2 working days). The Host-Family has to apply, if necessary for a valid working permission
and, if necessary, for a residence permission at the labour office. All the fees which will be arising
have to be paid by the Host-Family.
14. Die Gastfamilie verpflichtet sich, den Ankunftstermin des Au-Pairs bzw. bei Wechsel Au-Pair die
erfolgte Umschreibung des Visums sowie Kündigungen, Umzug etc. in schriftlicher Form
innerhalb 3 Wochentagen der Agentur zu melden.
The Host-Family is obliged to inform Beach-Au-Pair of the Au-Pair’s arrival day. If there will be an
exchange Au-Pair the Host-Family has to inform Beach-Au-Pair of the transfer. Beach-Au-Pair has
to be informed in case of giving notice, movement etc. within three working days by letter, fax or
mail.
15. Beach-Au-Pair haftet nicht für Ausfallzeiten, die durch das Au-Pair entstehen, wie zum Beispiel bei
plötzlicher Visumsablehnung durch die Botschaften oder sonstiger Behörden auftreten können.
Auch für die Absage des Au-Pairs bzw. das Nichteintreffen wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for failure times caused by the Au-Pair which could arise with
authorities. Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for a cancellation by the Au-Pair and if the Au-Pair will not
arrive at the final destination.
16. Dem Au-Pair angemessen Zeit zu geben, seine Religion auszuüben. Es ist sicher zu stellen, das
daß Au-Pair einmal wöchentlich den nächsten erreichbaren Gottesdienst (seiner Religion
entsprechend) besuchen kann. Dafür ist das Au-Pair frei zu stellen.
The Host-Family has to guarantee enough time for the Au-Pair to practice her/his religion. It is
granted that the Au-Pair can visit the next reachable church etc. according to hers/his religion at
least once a week. The Au-Pair has to be exempted for this time.
§ 3 Gebühren
§ 3 Fees
1. Für die Vermittlung und Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes des Au-Pairs in die Gastfamilie,
beläuft sich die Gebühr auf € 455,-- plus 19% MwSt. Diese gliedert sich in € 45,--
Bearbeitungsgebühr + 19% MwSt. auf, die sofort nach Eingang des Fragebogens für Gastfamilien
an den Agentur Beach-Au-Pair, zu zahlen ist, sowie € 410,-- Vermittlungsgebühr + 19% MwSt für
die erfolgreiche Vermittlung eines Au-Pairs. (Gastfamilien aus dem Ausland zahlen keine
Mehrwertsteuer.)
The fees for providing and taking care of the Au-Pair during the stay in the Host-Family will be
charged with € 455,-- plus 19 % V.A.T. payable to Beach-Au-Pair. This fee contains € 45,--
handling charges plus 19 % V.A.T. which are due at once after the Beach-Au-Pair has received
the host families application questionaire. Furthermore, a commission of € 410,-- plus 19 % V.A.T.
has to be paid by the Host-Family to Beach-Au-Pair after the successful settlement of the Au-Pair
into the Host-Family. (From Families from abroad V.A.T. will not be charged).
2. Für Wechselaupairs und Au-Pairs mit kürzerem Aufenthalt (wie Sommer-Au-Pairs), berechnet die
Agentur Beach-Au-Pair € 40,-- + 19% MwSt Vermittlungsgebühren pro angefangenen Monat des
Aufenthaltes des Au-Pairs. (Gastfamilien aus dem Ausland zahlen keine Mehrwertsteuer.)
Beach-Au-Pair charges the Host-Family for Exchange Au-Pairs and Au-Pairs with shorter stays
(e.g. Summer Au-Pairs) Euro 40,-- plus 19 % V.A.T for every month stayed with the Host-Family.
(From Families from abroad V.A.T. will not be charged).

3. Die Rechnungsstellung für Wechselaupairs erfolgt erst bei Ankunft des Au-Pairs in der Familie.
Sollte die Gebühr nicht 2 Wochen nach Ankunft des Au-Pairs in der Familie auf dem unten
genannten Konto eingegangen sein, behält sich die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair vor, das Au-Pair
innerhalb von 2 Tagen aus der Familie zu nehmen. Weiterhin behält sich die Agentur Beach-Au-
Pair in diesem Fall vor, den Namen der Familie und den Wohnort an Partneragenturen
weiterzuleiten.
The invoice for Exchange Au-Pairs will, however, be written and sent to the Host-Family after the
exchange Au-Pair has arrived her/his Host-Family. Beach-Au-Pair reserves the right to take back
the Host-Family’s Au-Pair within two days if the invoice will not be paid after 2 weeks of the Au-
Pair’s arrival in the Host-Family. Furthermore, in this case Beach-Au-Pair reserves the right to
inform partner agencies by providing them with the Host-Family’s name and place of residence.
4. Alle Gebühren sind durch Rechnungsstellung bei Vertragsabschluß per Überweisung sofort zu
zahlen auf das Konto von (Schecks werden nicht akzeptiert):

5. Sollte ein Bewerber während der Bearbeitungszeit vom Vertrag zurück treten, oder ein Visum wird
aus Gründen, die nicht bei der Gastfamilie liegen, abgelehnt, so erstattet die Agentur Beach-Au-
Pair die komplette Vermittlungsgebühr zurück. Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: Should
an applicant withdraw from the contract or a visa is not given and it is not the fault of the Host-
Family, Beach-Au-Pair will pay back the full commission.
6. Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair behält sich vor, die Einladungspapiere erst nach Eingang der
kompletten Vermittlungsgebühr an die zuständige Botschaft weiter zu leiten.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: The Beach-Au-Pair Agency is only obliged after having
received the full payment from the family to send the inviting papers to the embassy.
7. Sollte einem Bewerber das Visum bzw. die Arbeitsgenehmigung von den Behörden verweigert
werden, aus Gründen, die bei der Gastfamilie liegen, wird die Vermittlungsgebühr abzüglich einer
Aufwantsentschädigung von € 100,-- von der Agentur Beach-Au-Pair rückerstattet.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: Should the authorities refuse a visa or the work permit
and it is the fault of the Host-Family, Beach-Au-Pair will pay back the commission deducting
€ 100,-- for indemnification.

8. Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair verpflichtet sich im Fall der vorzeitigen Trennung vom Au-Pair, sofern
die Gastfamilie sich nicht vertragswidrig verhalten hat, eine einmalige kostenlose
Neuvermittlung mit Au-Pairs seiner Agentur durchzuführen. Die Gastfamilie muß vor Ablauf von
einem Kalendermonat nach Ankunft des Au-Pairs abschließend schriftlich erklären, das ein
harmonisches Miteinander nicht möglich ist und der Aufenthalt in der Familie daher beendet
werden soll. Wird die kostenlose Neuvermittlung nicht in Anspruch genommen, so erstattet die
Agentur Beach-Au-Pair die Gebühr abzüglich des Zeitraumes, in dem das Au-Pair in der Familie
war, an die Gastfamilie zurück. Pro angefangenen Monat werden € 40,-- einbehalten. (§ 3 Abs. 9
ist nur gültig für Au-Pairs, deren Aufenthalt für 12 Monate geplant war. )
In case of a premature seperation from the Au-Pair and if the Host-Family did not breach the
contract the Host-Family is entitled to get once another complementary settlement by Beach-
Au-Pair.The Host-Family has to inform Beach-Au-Pair that a harmonious stay with the Au-Pair is
impossible and that the Au-Pair’s stay in the Host-Family should be finished during the first month
after the Au-Pair’s arrival in the Host-Family. This has to be done by letter or fax.Beach-Au-Pair
must pay back the fee to the Host-Family less the period in which the Au-Pair stayed with the
Host-Family. € 40,-- will be witheld for every month (§ 3, rule 9 is only valid for Au-Pairs who were
intended to stay for 12 months).
9. Sollte ein Wechsel von Wechselaupairs oder Au-Pairs mit kürzerem Aufenthalt (wie Sommer-Au-
Pairs), notwendig werden, ist auch hier eine schriftliche Erklärung der Gastfamilie notwendig. Für
diese Au-Pairs wird die Gebühr abzüglich € 40,-- je angefangenen Monat, in dem sich das Au-Pair
in der Familie befand, rückerstattet. Eine kostenlose Neuvermittlung erfolgt nicht.
It must be declared by letter or fax if there will be a necessary exchange of Exchange Au-Pairs or
Au-Pairs with a shorter stay (e. g. Summer Au-Pairs). For these Au-Pairs the fee will be paid back
less € 40,-- for every month the Au-Pair stayed with the Host-Family. In this case there will be no
new complementary settlement.
§ 4 Haftungsausschluss
§ 4 Limited Liability
1. Den Parteien ist es bekannt, daß es sich bei der Leistung der Agentur Beach-Au-Pair um eine
Dienstleistung handelt, und diese ist mit dem Eintreffen des Au-Pairs in die Gastfamilie
abgeschlossen. Nicht geschuldet wird eine erfolgreiche Durchführung des gesamten Aufenthaltes.
Both the parties are informed that the product provided by the agency Beach-Au-Pair is a service.
This service is introduced with the Au-Pair’s arrival in the Host-Family. Beach-Au-Pair is not
responsible for the successful realization of the complete stay.
2. Der Gastfamilie wird die Möglichkeit gegeben, durch Überlassung der Bewerberdaten, sich mit
seinem zukünftigen Au-Pair telefonisch sowie schriftlich im Vorfeld intensiv auszutauschen.
Dadurch werden Schadensansprüche sowie Gebührenrückerstattungen, die nicht vertraglich
vereinbart sind, ausgeschlossen.
The Host-Family will have the opportunity to contact the future Au-Pair by phone and by writing.
For this reason the Host-Family has the right to get all information about the application data.
Thereby claim in tort and repayment for fees and commissions (which were not agreed to in
writing) will be out of question.
3. Mündliche Nebenabreden mit dem Au-Pair haben keine Gültigkeit.
Verbal collateral agreements between the Host-Family and the Au-Pair are not effective.
4. Angaben, die von dem Bewerber in schriftlicher Form (Fragebogen, Referenzen, Photos,
Lebenslauf, etc.), oder in mündlicher Form gegeben wurden, sind von der Haftung ausdrücklich
ausgeschlossen und entbinden nicht von der Entrichtung der Gesamtgebühr. Die Agentur Beach-
Au-Pair hat auf die Richtigkeit der Angaben keinen Einfluss.

Statements given by the applicant in writing or verbally (e. g. questionaires, references, photos,
curriculum vitae etc.) are out of question and do not release from the payment of the whole fees
and commissions. Beach-Au-Pair is not responsible for the correctness of these statements.
5. Auch unvorhergesehene Komplikationen, wie z.B. eine wesentliche Verspätung des
Ankunftstermines oder intensive Mitarbeit der Gastfamilie bei den Visumsangelegenheiten, haben
keinen Einfluss auf die Gesamtgebühr.
Unforeseen complications (e. g. heavy delays concerning the arrival) do not have any influence on
the due fees and commissions.
6. Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair haftet nicht für evtl. zusätzlich entstandene Kosten.
Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for additional costs.
7. Verursacht Beach-Au-Pair durch ihre Vermittlungstätigkeit aus irgendeinem Grund einen
Schaden, so haftet sie nur mit dem Nachweis des Vorsatzes.
Beach-Au-Pair is not responsible for any damage by his placement service and Beach-Au-Pair is
not responsible for any malice.
8. Beach-Au-Pair haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch ansteckende Krankheiten des Au-Pairs
entstehen. (Wir empfehlen der Gastfamilie, sofort nach Ankunft des Au-Pairs, gesonderte
Untersuchungen durchführen zu lassen.)
Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for damages caused by infectious illnesses of the Au-Pair. We
recommend the Host-Family to have a separate medical check for the Au-Pair after arrival.
9. Beach-Au-Pair haftet nicht für Schäden, die das Au-Pair mittelbar sowie unmittelbar verursacht,
weder gegenüber der Gastfamilie noch gebenüber Dritten. Es wird nicht gehaftet für
Zahlungsverpflichtungen, die das Au-Pair mit der Gastfamilie oder Dritten eingegangen ist.
Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for damages caused by the Au-Pair.This is effective whether this
occurs against the Host-Family or against third parties. Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for the Au-
Pair’s financial obligations against the Host-Family or third parties.
10. Die Agentur Beach-Au-Pair haftet nicht für Ausfallzeiten, die durch das Au-Pair bei plötzlicher
Absage, durch Visumsablehnungen der Botschaften oder sonstigen Behörden auftreten können.
Beach-Au-Pair is not liable for failure times arising by the Au-Pair (e. g. a sudden given notice
etc.).
§ 5 Kündigung
§ 5 Giving Notice
Sollte eine unerwartete Kündigung vor Vertragsablauf vorliegen, dann behält sich die Beach-Au-
Pair Agentur eine Frist von 14 Tagen ab Kündigungsdatum vor (Kündigung muss schriftlich
vorliegen), die sie braucht um eine neue Familie für das Au-Pair zu finden und für die Gastfamilie
ein neues Au-Pair. Das Au-Pair verbleibt so lange in den Räumen der Gastfamilie.
Should there be any unexpected dismissal of the Au-Pair and the host family "Beach-Au-Pair” will
be entitled for a period of 14 days to find a new host family for the Au-Pair and another Au-Pair for
the host family (both the parties have to give notice in writting). The Au-Pair is entitled to stay at
the host family during the period of being placed into her new family (14 days).

§ 6 Sonstiges
§ 6 Miscellaneous
1. Die Gastfamilie ist damit einverstanden, daß ihre persönlichen Angaben zur Abwickung der
Vermittlungstätigkeit von der Agentur Beach-Au-Pair verarbeitet, an Dritte (Partneragenturen)
weitergeleitet und gespeichert werden.
The Host-Family agrees to the fact that all personal data and information for the settlement can be
used by Beach-Au-Pair and can be given to partner agencies and can be stored by Beach-Au-
Pair.
2. Die Gastfamilie ist mit der Weitergabe ihrer Adressangaben für die Kontaktaufnahme von Au-Pairs
untereinander in Deutschland einverstanden.
The Host-Family agrees to the fact that her address will be given to other Au-Pairs in Germany for
getting into contact
3. Durch Weitergabe von den persönlichen Daten der Gastfamilie an Partneragenturen sowie an Au-
Pairs, wird eine initiative Bewerbung vom Au-Pair ausgeschlossen. Das heißt: Durch eine direkte
Anfrage (Bewerbung) von Au-Pairs bei der Gastfamilie, die durch Weiterleitung der Adresse von
Beach-Au-Pair erfolgte, ist eine Reduzierung der Gebühr ausgeschlossen.
An initiative application will be out of question by providing the personal data of the Host-Family to
other partner agencies and Au-Pairs. That means: A reduction of the fees and commissions is out
of question by a direkt inquiry or application from the Au-Pairs with the Host-Family who this data
gave to others.
4. Der Gastfamilie ist es ausdrücklich untersagt, Daten bzw. Adressen von Partneragenturen sowie
Au-Pairs, die von der Agentur Beach-Au-Pair angeboten wurden, an Dritte weiterzuleiten oder zu
missbrauchen. Bei Verstoß wird Beach-Au-Pair dies ggf. strafrechtlich verfolgen.
It is strictly forbidden for the Host-Family to give, to misuse and handing over all the data and
address of partner agencies as well the data of the Au-Pairs to third parties which Beach-Au-Pair
gave to her. If there is any violation the Host-Family will be penally pursued and/or criminal actions
taken.
5. Die Gastfamilie erklärt, daß sie von Beach-Au-Pair über die Bestimmungen der Arbeitserlaubnis
für Au-Pairs in Deutschland in Kenntnis gesetzt wurde. Das heißt, alle Au-Pairs aus Nicht
EU/EWR Staaten, benötigen vor Antritt der Au-Pair Tätigleit eine gültige Arbeitsgenehmigung.
Eine Beschäftigung ohne gültige Arbeitserlaubnis ist nach SGB § 404 strafbar.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: The Host-Family declares that she was informed about
the details of the work permit for Au-Pairs in Gemany. That means that all Au-Pairs which are not
from EU/EWR states need before starting the job a valid work permit. A work without work permit
will be punished by law (SGB § 404).
6. Beach-Au-Pair behält sich das Recht vor, Gastfamilien oder Au-Pairs, die nachweislich falsche
Angaben zur Vermittlung machten, gegen die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verstoßen oder die
Richtlinien des EU Abkommens für Au-Pairs nicht erfüllen, von der Vermittlung auszuschließen
und ggf. den zuständigen Behörden weiterzuleiten.
Beach-Au-Pair reserves the right to disqualify Host-Families or Au-Pairs who made fake
statements for the settlement or those that offend against the law and not fulfill the rules of the
EU/EWR agreement. Furthermore, they will be reported to the responsible authorities.
7. Beach-Au-Pair ist nicht verpflichtet, vor Eingang der Gebühren weitere Leistungen zu erbringen.
Beach-Au-Pair is not obliged to fulfill further service until all the fees and commissions have been
paid.

§ 7 Schlußbestimmungen
§ 7 Final Notes
1. Eigenmächtige Ergänzungen sowie Änderungen dieses Vertrages bzw. der Verträge sind
unwirksam.
Unauthorized additions as well as changes in this contract or contracts are not effective.
2. Sollten Teile dieses Vertrages ungültig sein oder unwirksam sein, behält der Rest seine Gültigkeit.
If some parts of this contract are not effective or ineffectual the rest will be effective.
3. Als Gerichtsstand wird 26382 Wilhelmshaven/Niedersachsen vereinbart.

4. Es ist das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland anzuwenden.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany has to be used and is the base of this contract.
§ 8 Versicherung
§ 8 Insurances
Mein/unser zukünftiges Au-Pair soll über die Versicherungskombination Au-Pair 24! versichert werden.
Hiermit beantrage ich/wir (Gastfamilie) für mein/unser zukünftiges Au-Pair (versicherte Person)
Versicherungsschutz im Rahmen der beiligenden Allgemeinen Versicherungsbedingungen der
Versicherungskombination Au-Pair 24!.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: My/our future Au-Pair shall be insured by Au-Pair 24! I/we
(Host-Family) hereby apply for my/our future Au-Pair (insured person) insurance protection in the
frame of the enclosed general insurance conditions with the insurance conbination of Au-Pair 24!
Mit meiner Unterschrift erkläre ich verbindlich die Teilnahme an der Versicherungskombination Au-Pair
24! Die Versicherung beginnt ab dem Tag der Einreise bzw. ab dem Tag der Umvermittlung und endet
mit dem Tag der Abreise.
Only for foreign Au-Pairs to Germany: I hereby declare with my signature the participation with the
insurance Au-Pair 24! The insurance begins from the day of entry into Germany or the day of resettlement
and ends with the day of departure.
Nur für deutsche Au-Pairs ins Ausland: Versicherungskosten werden vom Au-Pair getragen.
Only for German Au-Pairs abroad: Will be covered by the Au-Pair.
