Submitting your bids
All you need to know in advance.

Please note that our catalogue is produced in German. All prices given are starting prices ("Ausruf"). If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with translations or additional assistance.
Auction hall bidders
To be able to bid at the auction, you
will need a bidder number which will
be given to you at the reception to the
auction hall.
Online bidders
You can submit your bids online
before the auction – directly, simply
and securely. All that is required
is a one-time registration on our
homepage. To submit your bid, simply
click on the lot you would like to bid
on and send your bid(s) to us.
Live bidding
You can take part in the auction as a
bidder in real time and place your bids
from your computer at home. All you
have to do is register via the log-in area
on our homepage before the auction.
Telephone bidder...
As a telephone bidder, you can take
part in the auction live, bidding
through one of our employees. We
will call you on the day of the auction
in sufficient time before your lot is
due to be called. There are no additional
costs for telephone bidders.
Please ensure that you can be reached
on the day in question. Please fill in
the field entitled “telephone bidder”
on the bid form and send it to us. Alternatively
you can send us an e-mail
or fax us the bid form.
Preliminary bids
If you are unable to attend the auction
in person, there are several other
ways in which you can submit your
bids to us:

Please submit preliminary bids on the
bid form enclosed in this catalogue
and send or fax it to us.
• By e-mail:
Alternatively, you can send us your
bids by e-mail: bids@felzmann.de
In the case of preliminary bids, you
can also submit alternate bids if
you do not wish to risk going away
empty-handed. It is also possible
to limit your bid form to a total
hammer price amount (minimum €
250). When acting on behalf of absent
bidders, we use our discretion
to further the interests of these
bidders wherever possible.
Please indicate any special wishes
clearly when submitting your bid(s).
We can only guarantee the complete
registration of incoming bids when
these have been submitted by the
day before the auction in question.
• Please ensure that we have
your telephone number and
your starting bid in writing
well before the lot is called.
• Please register as a telephone bidder
in sufficient time before the auction.
• Please note that telephone bids
always require written confirmation.
