weather proofing, stability and lightness. The polyester fabric

Works beautifully with the simple geometry of the cube-shaped table

8750. With a tubular steel frame, this is a good compromise between

lässt sich mühelos in eine natürliche Umgebung integrieren,

sehr solide konstruiert und verhältnismäßig leicht.

deceptively similar and is completely weather-proof: this is a newlyengineered,

fibre-reinforced hybrid material that is mostly made from

Hybridmaterial für den Outdoorbereich, gewonnen aus ca. 60 %

Reisfasern, Steinsalz und (nur) ca. 18 % Mineralöl. Es ist recyclingfähig,

da es thermoplastisch in ein anderes Produkt umgeformt

werden kann. Das Material ist umweltverträglich, extrem haltbar und

widerstandsfähig gegenüber äußeren Einflüssen wie Sonne, Regen,

Schnee oder Salzwasser. Es zeichnet sich durch hohe mechanische

Festigkeit, thermische Beständigkeit sowie chemische Widerstandsfähigkeit

aus. Obwohl es vom Aussehen und vom Griff kaum von echtem

Tropen- oder Teakholz zu unterscheiden ist, hat es keinen von dessen

Nachteilen: kein Quellen oder Schwinden, Splittern oder Vergrauen,

kein Schädlingsbefall. Die Pflegeleichtigkeit zeigt sich schon beim

Abwischen, aber auch darin, dass es nicht lackiert oder nachlackiert

werden muss.

* Teak-effect: Newly-engineered, fibre-reinforced hybrid material for outdoor

areas, made from approx. 60% rice fibres, rock salt and (only) approx.

18% mineral oil. It can be recycled and reformed thermo plastically into

other products. The material is not harmful to the environment and is

extremely durable and resistant to external factors such as sun, rain, snow

or saltwater. It is characterised by a high degree of mechanical strength,

thermal reliability and chemical resistance. Although it looks and feels

almost exactly like real tropical wood or teak, it has none of the associated

disadvantages: no swelling or shrinkage, no splitting, discoloration or

insect infestation. A wipe down shows how easy the material is to look

after and it needs no painting or repainting.

Il se distingue par sa résistance mécanique et thermique élevée, ainsi

que par sa résistance aux produits chimiques. Bien qu’il ressemble à s’y

tromper à du bois exotique ou du teck, il ne possède aucun de leurs inconvénients

: ni éclatement ou fendillement, ni formation d’échardes ou gris

age, aucune attaque d’insectes nuisibles. La facilité d’entretien est visible

dès le premier passage de chiffon, mais également par le fait qu’il n’est

pas nécessaire de peindre ou de traiter ce matériau.
