schon aus dem Mediterraneo. Und wo
damals das Dachziegelgericht mein Favorit
war, so ist es das auch heute. Cremig,
deftig und unglaublich befriedigend.
Leider ist unsere Babysitterzeit beschränkt
und so verzichten wir auf das Dessert.
Zum Fototermin und dem Reportagetest nehme
ich mir zwei ganz besondere Schätze mit.
Die liebe Moni kennen viele Muy Bien Leser
ja schon aus unserem Büro. Bei ihr können
die begehrten MUY BIEN Gutscheine erworben
werden - auch für dieses Restaurant. Mit
im Gepäck hat sie ihren Mann Reinhold. Wir
starten gleich mit einem der Höhepunkte
des Abends - dem Lachstatar. Kaum ein Restaurant,
welches keines auf der Karte hat. In
der Regel schmeckt es überall gut, aber auch
ziemlich ähnlich. Nicht an diesem Abend.
Serviert wird eine aufgeschnittene Avocado,
welche mit einer Lachstatar-Mayonnaise-
Joghurt-Creme gefüllt ist. Ich bin nicht sicher,
ob die Creme tatsächlich diese Bestandteile
hat, aber ich bin so begeistert, dass ich gleich
am nächsten Tag versuche, diese Speise nachzubauen.
Total frisch und mit dem Dill typisch
nordisch - kein Wunder: Elena kommt ja auch
aus Schweden.
Mich erinnert das ein wenig an den Klassiker
Avocado mit Nordseekrabbensalat.Seit Jahren
Served on a roof tile - well, we already
know that from the Mediterraneo. And
where the roof tile dish was my favourite
back then, it is still my favourite today.
Creamy, hearty and incredibly satisfying.
Unfortunately our babysitting time is limited
and so we do without dessert.
For the photo session and the reportage test I
take two very special treasures with me.
Many Muy Bien readers already know Moni
from our office. The coveted MUY BIEN vouchers
can be purchased from her - also for this
restaurant. In her luggage she has her husband
Reinhold. We start right away with one
of the highlights of the evening - the salmon
tartar. There is hardly a restaurant which has
none on the menu. Usually it tastes good everywhere,
but also quite similar. Not on this
evening. We are served a sliced avocado filled
with a salmon tartare-mayonnaise-yoghurt
cream. I’m not sure if the cream actually has
these ingredients, but I’m so excited that I try
to recreate this dish the very next day. Totally
fresh and with the dill typically Nordic - no
wonder: Elena comes from Sweden. It reminds
me a bit of the classic avocado with
North Sea crab salad - not eaten for years and
the restaurant that imports North Sea crabs
gets a MUY BIEN special.
Servido en una teja... bueno, ya lo conocemos
del Mediterráneo. Y donde el plato
de tejas era mi favorito en ese entonces,
sigue siendo mi favorito hoy en día. Cremoso,
cordial e increíblemente satisfactorio.
Desafortunadamente nuestro tiempo de niñera
es limitado y por eso prescindimos del postre.
Para la sesión fotográfica y la prueba de reportaje
me llevo dos tesoros muy especiales.
Muchos lectores de Muy Bien ya conocen a Moni
de nuestra oficina. Los codiciados vales MUY
BIEN pueden ser comprados de ella, también
para este restaurante. En su equipaje tiene a su
marido Reinhold. Empezamos de inmediato con
uno de los momentos culminantes de la noche:
el tártaro de salmón. Apenas hay un restaurante
que no tenga ninguno en el menú. Normalmente
sabe bien en todas partes, pero también
es bastante similar. No esta noche. Nos sirven
un aguacate en rodajas relleno de una crema de
salmón tártaro-mayonesa y yogur.
No estoy seguro de que la crema tenga estos ingredientes,
pero estoy tan emocionado que trato
de recrear este plato al día siguiente. Totalmente
fresco y con el eneldo típicamente nórdico - no
es de extrañar: Elena viene de Suecia. Me recuerda
un poco al clásico aguacate con ensalada de
cangrejo del Mar del Norte - no se ha comido en
años y el restaurante que importa los cangrejos
del Mar del Norte obtiene un MUY BIEN especial.
