Das ausgestreute Bindemittel wurde mit einer Bodenfräse in
nur einem einzigen Arbeitsgang auf eine Tiefe von 30
Zentimetern in das vorhandene Ausgangsmaterial eingefräst.
Die erforderliche Mächtigkeit der Tragschicht von 30
Zentimetern wurde zuvor von einem bodenmechanischen
Labor im Rahmen einer Rezepturermittlung bestimmt.
Vor und während des Fräsvorgangs wurde darauf geachtet,
dass der ebenfalls im Labor zuvor ermittelte
Einbauwassergehalt, der für die optimale Hydratation
erforderlich ist, eingehalten wird.
Es wurde eine Einbauzeit von maximal 90 Minuten
festgelegt, da das Spezialadditiv InfraCrete® unter anderem
den Hydratationsprozess beschleunigt und damit auch für
eine gewollt erhöhte Frühfestigkeit sorgt.
The spread binder was milled into the existing base material
to a depth of 30 centimeters in a single pass using a rotary
tiller.
The required thickness of the base course of 30 centimeters
was previously determined by a soil mechanics laboratory as
part of the recipe determination.
Before and during the milling process, care was taken to
ensure that the installation water content required for
optimum hydration, which had also been previously
determined in the laboratory, was maintained.
A maximum installation time of 90 minutes was specified,
since the special additive InfraCrete® accelerates the
hydration process, among other things, and thus also ensures
a deliberately increased early strength.
