Im einem ersten Schritt wurde die vorhandene Trag- und
Verschleißschicht durchgefräst, um ein homogenes
Baustoffgemisch zu erhalten, das gleichsam als
Ausgangsmaterial für die bevorstehende Umwandlung in
eine kombinierte Trag- und Frostschutzschicht dienen sollte.
Wie bei diesem anerkannten Bauverfahren üblich, war weder
die Exkavation und Entsorgung des vor Ort befindlichen alten
Materials notwendig, noch die Wiederauffüllung mit neuem
Material. Stattdessen wurde das bereits vorhandene
Material homogen gebrochen und wieder verwendet. Dies
gilt insbesondere auch für die alte Deck- und
Verschleißschicht aus Asphalt, die ebenfalls vollumfänglich
einer Wiederverwendung zugeführt wurde.
In a first step, the existing base and wearing course was milled
through to obtain a homogeneous mixture of construction
materials that would serve as the base material for the
upcoming conversion into a combined base and anti-frost
layer.
As is customary with this accepted construction method,
there was no need to excavate and dispose of the old material
on site, nor was there any need to backfill with new material.
Instead, the existing material was homogeneously crushed
and reused. This also applies in particular to the old surface
and wearing course of asphalt, which was also fully reused.
