Swivel pick-up

The pendulum suspension ensures that the 6-row swivel pick-up delivers

maximum conveyance capacity, unbeatable ground adaptation,

and is capable of absorbing even the largest swaths without a hitch.

Film & net binding unit

The round baler is equipped with a net binding unit as standard – a

film & net binding unit is available as an option. The baler-wrapper

combination is already equipped with a film & net binding unit as

standard. There is also a dual binding unit for film and net for both

variants.

Drive axle

The drive axle offers maximum safety and optimum comfort on any

slope, uphill and downhill. Powerful and gentle on the soil while going

uphill, the brake effect also provides protection going downhill.

Feeding system

Short and precisely cut feed is the basis for the production of high-energy

and high-quality silage. The flow of material goes its own way

with the GÖWEIL baler – namely, via the rotor.

ISOBUS control system

The control system is clearly laid

out and easy to operate.

Maintenance

The standard automatic central lubrication system is designed for

absolute ease of maintenance and ensures a long service life for the

machine.

AFC – Auto Flow Control

The AFC (Auto Flow Control) monitors the whole flow of material and

intervenes fully automatically as soon as there is a problem or blockage.

Blockages in the rotor or pick-up are cleared quickly and easily!

WRAPPER COMBINATION G-1 F125 KOMBI

Wrapping technology

The robust and solid design and workmanship of the frame guarantee

an exceptionally long service life of the baler-wrapper combination.

The Kombi offers outstanding agility thanks to its compact design

and the narrow spacing of its wheelbase, thereby also protecting the

turf. In addition, its low center of gravity allows for outstanding maneuverability

on slopes.

Bale chamber

At the core of the machine is the bale chamber, which offers a size of

1.20 x 1.25 m and 18 solid press rollers. The 4 mm thick steel rollers

are reinforced on the inside; the ribbing ensures optimal bale density

and secure rotation of the bale.

LT-MASTER F60

Highlights:

MASTER SERIES

Three models – three bale sizes: compact, fixed &

variable

The right bale size for every requirement: The LT-Master F60 processes

fine-grained and chopped material into 0.60 × 0.60 m bales,

the LT-Master F115 with a fixed chamber forms bales with a diameter

of 1.15 m, and the VARIO-Master V140 enables flexible diameters from

0.80 to 1.40 m – ideal for different applications.

Linear film cutter

All machines are equipped with the new "Linear" film cutter as standard.

The film holder fixes the film and ensures easy release, preventing

jammed film residues.

LT-MASTER F115

Perfect compression

The high compression of the feed is top priority along with a rapid

air-tight seal and a clean production process. Compaction rates of

between 30% and 70% can be achieved depending on the size and

structure of the material.

Control system

The machine is operated with the PROFI plus L terminal. The user

interface is structured intuitively and enables easy operation of the

machine.

Fast set-up

All three machines in the Master series can be set up and ready for

use in just a few minutes!

A wide range of materials

The Master machines process a variety of materials:

Corn, CCM, grass, alfalfa, sugar beet, wood/wood shavings, WPS, and

much more. As a result of the various harvest times, it can be used

all year round – for maximum efficiency and optimum capacity utilization.

Multicrop feeder

The feeder on the LT-Master F115 and VARIO-Master V140 has been

equipped with a dosing drum to make it easier to process the many

different materials.

powered bale chamber. During the baling and binding process, it

is possible to choose between four different speed levels.

G1015

G1015 – wrapping, transporting, stacking in one device

The G1015 wrapper combines wrapping, transporting, and stacking in

one device. Two driven rollers and internal hydraulic motors ensure

smooth running. Equipped with 750 mm film pre-stretcher, joystick

remote control, and rust-proof film cutter. Suitable for front and rear

mounting with a wide range of attachments. Extensive range of additional

equipment available

User-friendly remote control systems

GÖWEIL offers different remote control systems depending on the

model. The STANDARD remote/joystick control systems enable simple

operation and automatic wrapping. With the program controls PROFI

with PROFI plus S or ISOBUS terminal, all work processes are fully

automatic, userfriendly, and reliable.

G2020

G2020 – a compact wrapper for slopes

The G2020 is particularly agile and suitable for slopes thanks to its low

center of gravity and wide design. The hydraulic loading arm ensures

reliable bale pick-up, while the lowerable wrapping table ensures gentle

depositing. Equipped with 750 mm film pre-stretcher, film storage

for 4 rolls, and remote control with joystick – the wrapping process

runs automatically and operation remains simple and efficient.

Efficient wrapping technology

All machines work with 750 mm film pre-stretchers and temperature-resistant

plastic rollers. These ensure uniform film pre-stretching,

save material, and deliver compact, airtight wrapped bales.

G30 SERIES

G50 SERIES

G30 series – stationary wrappers with low working

height

A robust design and four conveyor belts ensure neat wrapping even

with bulky or soft bales. The machines are used stationary – parallel

wrapping and stacking is therefore possible and it is ideal for oneman

operation.

G50 series – compact, agile, and efficient

The G50 wrapping machines impress with their compact design and

offset work position: bales are picked up at the front and deposited at

the rear – ideal for efficient work in the direction of travel.

Film cutter "precision cut"

The new film cutter "precision cut" offers maximum efficiency when

cutting film. First, the film is securely fixed between the cutter lever

and the clamping bracket. The knife then presses hydraulically

against the film and cuts it precisely and cleanly.

Gentle bale handling

Hydraulic loading arms and lowerable wrapping tables ensure that

bales are picked up and deposited reliably while being gentle on the

ground – a clear advantage, especially on slopes or with sensitive

crops.

• G5010: Trailed machine with bale pick-up, single wrapping arm, and

STANDARD remote control system.

• G5012: Twin wrapping arm for shorter wrapping times, STANDARD

remote control system.

• G5020: As per G5012, but fully automatic and with ISOBUS control

system for full tractor integration.

Adaptability and expandability

G1010

G1010 – wrapper for palletized goods and rolled turf

The G1010 is a versatile pallet wrapper that combines the transportation,

wrapping, and loading of palletized goods in one device. It is

particularly suitable for packing rolled turf. The design is based on

proven round bale wrapping technology and offers a wide range of

loader attachments.

Pick-up and transport

With the G1010, pallets can be picked up, transported, wrapped, and

loaded – all with just one tractor. The pallet lies close to the carrier

vehicle and thanks to the side frame, the view of the load remains

unobstructed.

Hydraulically foldable film cutter

Before wrapping starts, the cutter folds down and the pallet is lowered

as far as it will go. After the last turn, the automatic system cuts

the film cleanly, secures it, and folds back up again for transportation.

Control system

The PROFI control system enables easy operation directly from the

cab. All functions can be carried out fully automatically or manually.

Forks

The G1010 is equipped with the standardized ISO 3B mount for the

forks. The 1,400 mm long tines allow easy pick up and transport. Optional

2,200 mm tines or telescopic forks (1,300 mm + 950 mm extension)

are available.

Hydraulic mobile film pre-stretcher

The hydraulic mobile film pre-stretcher moves up and down 600 mm

during wrapping and completely wraps pallets up to 1,350 mm high

with 750 mm film.

EXTRACT FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of sale and delivery

• Sale and delivery shall only be made in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of

Delivery for Agricultural Machinery and Vehicles.

• Our liability shall only apply to the use of original parts and shall lapse if the delivery item has been

modified or repaired by the purchaser or a third party without our prior written consent.

• Complaints can only be accepted within 8 days.

• In warranty cases, the manufacturer must be informed in writing before repairs begin.

Terms of payment – default interest

• In principle, only terms of payment that are guaranteed by us or are stated on the invoice shall be

recognized. Bank default interest plus costs and expenses shall be charged from the due date.

• The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Goods on consignment

The purchaser shall be liable for the loss of and damage to the goods in its custody and for the

consequences of improper storage.

The manufacturer must be informed immediately upon sale! No commissioning or transfer (rental)

without the manufacturer's approval.

Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction

• The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction for delivery, payment, and all other mutual obligations is

A-4020 Linz.

• The legal relationships shall be based on Austrian law.
